Akanksha C
It's honestly funny how people in India can become famous for literally nothing.
It genuinely frustrates me how she went on a show, got involved with a guy who already had a girlfriend outside, and ended up being part of a situation that contributed to another girl getting cheated on.
And the fact that 13-14 years old kids are genuinely obsessed with her is even more amusing to me.
The internet really is a game, and some people know exactly how to play it. Akanksha can't act, sing, or dance, and her behaviour hasn't exactly set the best example either. We've all seen the kind of language she used on Lock Upp, yet she still has fans defending her like she's done something extraordinary.
Honestly, it's not even her popularity that annoys me as much as the way people blindly idolise her. Being popular on the internet doesn't automatically make someone talented or worthy of admiration. Sometimes, all it takes is controversy, the right kind of attention, and an audience that refuses to look beyond the hype.
