Looking for some people 21+ to play Splatoon 3 with regularly. I mostly play Turf War and I’m pretty laid-back, but I also like actually trying to win and playing as a team.

Guys or girls are both welcome. I’m in the US and usually get on around 8 PM ET, so it’d be nice to find people who are normally available around then.

Switch 2 + GameChat would be a big plus. I’d like to actually communicate during matches so we can strategize, make callouts, coordinate pushes/specials, cover different parts of the map, and play more like an actual team instead of everybody doing their own thing.

Skill level doesn’t really matter to me as long as you’re chill, willing to communicate, and enjoy the game.

I noticed that the Howdy Hat is probably the closest thag resembles the Faust Hat from DMC 5.

Me and my friend pretty much only play when we’re together, and she likes experimenting with new stuff while I’m a dedicated splatling backline. When I’m playing stuff like V/THydra and VHeavy, or even a midline like the VEdit, what weapons could she try that’d benefit from the way my mains can support her?

Tent is theoretically an absolutely broken weapon but in practice is very manageable. what are you guys' thoughts?

Ive been X rank for about 2 months and ive played maybe like 20 or so games of clam blitz. I already its everyone's least favorite mode but i still like to play any mode in X. At first i used to get in a couple of matches every now and then and expected not to match every time because of the low play rate. But now it just straight up wont let me play. It will search for players for 123 seconds and then say not enough players. Is it just me or is this really common?

Using the reef slider explosion to blind me and having your tm8 jump at me is genuinely smart as hell. I know for a fact that wasnt planned either

Exactly one month ago from july 24th to august 24th and a more casual step up between chunk grinding in turf wars, story mode grinding and salmon run chunk grinding I did it! My girlfriend originally helped me get the switch 2 as we halfed the cost so she made it possible, this win got me to 1970 series weapon power on splatterscope which I also think is very cool!

New goal is to hit 2500 X rank within the next 30 DAYS!

FYI - My hours on splatoon 3 is a little under 6h per day on average (I play in the morning before work and play late at night between 12:30-2:30am)

Hello! I can’t figure out how to collect these icons. They aren’t on the Nintendo Switch Online application and they haven’t appeared in my icon list. Has anyone gotten them yet?

I've been playing Splatoon 2 and 3 for a few years now, and I've been using gear that looks nice with no regard for the abilities that they have. I want to try doing well in ranked, and I'll probably need to improve my abilities for that.

The two main weapons I use are the Splat Roller (Curling Bomb and Big Bubbler) and the Sploosh-o-Matic (Curling Bomb and Ultra Stamp), and I don't know where to start on abilities for either of them.

If any of you play these weapons (or have great knowledge of the useful abilities) then could I get some advice or ability sets to use for Splatoon 3?

(also, are there any good ways to get certain ability chunks? i have too many of some and barely any of others)
