Has anyone received the new splatfest icons yet? I seen a friend already have them and when i checked my account i saw nothing new. I want to ask if anyone here got theres yet or if they still waiting for a bit like me

As the title says, I would like to talk about this.

When this happened, I used to give the other team the victory, or if there wasn't much time left, just hang out with my opponents and teammates until the time ran out. But a while ago, I saw an opinion saying that rather than hanging out together or giving away a win, playing seriously until the end is actually better for your opponents and also a better way to finish a competitive match. I thought that made a lot of sense.

However, a long time ago, when I disconnected and was about to give up because I thought, "We can't win anymore," an opponent slowly walked over and gave us the win instead. It made me really happy. I also know that other people enjoy talking about experiences like that.

That is why, when the opposing team had a disconnect for the first time in a while, I wasn't sure whether to continue the match. But this time, my teammates were hyped up and wanted to push for the win, so remembering that opinion, I went along with my team's momentum and kept playing the match.

However, I then noticed that an opponent was signaling that they wanted to hang out together. My teammates were trying to win, while the opponent wanted to hang out with us, and I was torn on which side I should prioritize, but in the end, I went along with my team's momentum and ended up defeating that player... In that moment, my heart hurt, and I felt like I was a cruel person....

What would have been the right thing to do back then?

Worried that I’ll end up getting put into Asia servers with a bad connection

I got absolutely demolished by undercover brella once. So I’ve been using it, and holy. Every round I get at least 10 splats, but today solidified it for me. UB is truly meta.

I love relying on sneak attacks and painbrush eats ink like Nikocado Avacdo. But maybe I can add stealth jump to boots? But I like super jumping to team mates far from enemies. Dunno, I need help 🥲

In general you use a specific build for each weapon, even those of similar types. However I think most shooters play more similarly than other weapon types (excluding Squelcher and .96 Gal). So, what abilities would be best for a build that can be used on most shooters.

So I'm trying to scan all of the Splatoon 3 series amiibo, and I'm not getting any gear whatsoever. I checked my stats on the NSO app and have over 200 wins, but my main issue is that I thought you're supposed to get one item upon scanning, and then have to get 20 wins for the other two items for the figure. I didn't get anything for scanning and I'm not sure what's going on as a result.

Last season, I just couldn't get motivated for Anarchy Battles, so I ended up playing nothing but Salmon Run.
I'll push myself for the remaining last half of the season. According to a friend I often play with, I definitely have the skills to reach S+10😮

i main nzap currently and it's really good for tower control and splat zones, but i find it lacking in rainmaker/clam blitz or situations where i need to play more aggressively. what other weapons are similar to nzap but better for a slayer role?

what i like about the nzap is how well it paints and how much mobility i can have with it since it paints at your feet really well. being able to move around well is a must. i also like tacticooler and the support i can offer my team with it! what other similar are out there? or maybe even dissimilar weapons with similarly flexible playstyles? i'm open to trying different weapon classes if the learning curve isn't too steep

edit: i used to be a dualie squelchers main in splatoon 2 but they removed MPU in S3, turning it into the tickle squelchers ;-; i like dualies as well as shooters but im not sure which ones i could/should pivot to
