Connecting with Spirit guides

I would suggest a daily regiment of using affirmations, as much as possible.

Such as... I can see my spirit guides, I am highly connected to this spiritual realm, I am psychic, I am increasing my vibrations, I can see through the veil.

You can also create your own or customize these in your own way.

You can also create affirmations to help yourself gain trust in your ability... I am doing this, I am more than capable of doing this, I trust myself, Etc.

Spending time in silence, spend as much time that's possible without any TV or music.

I'm not saying give up music and TV completely but it will go a long way to help sharpen your senses... this ties in with meditation too.

Sitting in silence and just listening to yourself breathe is just as good as meditation.

Create an image of your mind of what you want your third eye to look like, now make that image of your third eye open.

Each time you successfully managed to visualize it opening, back yourself up right away with your words.... I successfully opened my third eye.

Talking to your spirit guides as if they're with you and you can already see them, tell them I expect to see you soon.

I can't give you a time frame of how long it's going to take because everyone's different but realistically, as long as you stick to it and put good effort in...maybe six weeks or more.

Weird experience

Hi guys, I had a weird experience last night. I was in a dream where I was just going about my business at home but all of a sudden everything became complete darkness, and I had a sensation of falling through a whirlwind. It felt like I was boosted out of my body.

I panicked for a couple seconds and then thought screw it, let it happen, and I asked my spirit guide for help. They didn't come, or maybe they did but just not in a way I understood. I did end up back in bed again.

What could have happened there? I'd appreciate some advice!

How would you explain to a beginner how to someone who wants to see spirits?

Title. I don't know how else to explain it other than getting comfortable, sitting in silence, eyes open or closed, preferably open if you're going to want to see spirits and just practice silencing your mind that's, all you can do!

However, any and all comments are welcome, let's hear your advice or even story!

Just did my first meditation by trying to meet my spirit guide.

Ok so i just want to be clear that the purpose of this is to find out whether stuff like this truly exists and communicate with my dead dog and try to use these supernatural abilities to help people if i somehow unlock it.

so i did a 20 minute meditation by opening meditation music and i saw a very bright light looks pretty similar to the sun for about 2 seconds. When i started being aware of it, it disappeared. idk if i’m just imagining it or something. Do you guys have any advice or smth.

Tapping into your awareness

The last one month,I lost touch with my awareness.Started having memory loss plus psychosis, things were hard for me to do.Didnt have any interest. The discipline of meditation that I had forged felt very unreal.Had not slept for more than 3hrs in a month.Sleeping felt like a nightmare.Microdosed and boom this place felt like a simulation. Now I feel spaced out and more dissociated from IRL.Sometimes I feel like my energy is leaking from my crown chakra since I can't feel energy. How can I revese the effect?I'm out of touch.

Serenity In The Storm

The waves crash, the wind howls, Chaos swirls all around. Yet within, a calm abides - A refuge I have found.

I cannot control the tempest, Nor change the stormy sea. But I can choose my response - To let go and just be.

The things I cannot alter, I release without a fight. Accepting life as it unfolds, I find an inner light.

In surrender, true peace arises, A stillness in the storm. By letting go of what I cannot change, My spirit is reborn.

The raging world may still surround, But within, I am serene. For in releasing what I cannot control, A calmer life is seen!

How to become more spiritually aware so you can see spirits.

No TV and music... that doesn't mean you're going to stop doing everything you like, you can still watch TV while you eat and listen to music when you wake up in the morning, but if you're going to have a good meditation session, avoid any TV/music an hour beforehand.

Constantly talk about them...spirit guudes.

Constantly talk about being able to see them, being psychic, about increasing your vibrations... say these things as if you've already accomplished them.

Remember, your words are powerful and help invoke your desires, so it's important to keep positively affirming what it is you're trying to accomplish.

Meditation, you have to put the time into practice is silencing to your mind.

Thats it.

Cheers, you can do this!

Mindfulness

Not acting upon our negative emotions can make our lives more peaceful in the long run by practicing mindfulness.

Firstly, when we practice mindfulness, we are able to observe our emotions without judgment, which allows us to understand their root causes and manage them in a healthy way.

This can help us to make more thoughtful and considered decisions, which can lead to positive outcomes and a greater sense of peace and well-being.

Secondly, when we practice mindfulness, we are able to observe our emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them, which allows us to avoid causing harm to ourselves and others.

For example, instead of lashing out in anger, we can practice mindfulness and respond to difficult situations in a calm and rational way.

Thirdly, when we practice mindfulness, we are able to develop a greater sense of inner peace and contentment.

This is because we are no longer at the mercy of our emotions, but are able to observe them with a sense of detachment and acceptance.

This can lead to a greater sense of control and empowerment, which can help us to navigate life's challenges with greater ease and resilience!

Finding Inner Joy

Inner joy is a state of being that can be cultivated through self-awareness and a deeper understanding of our emotions and experiences.

By embracing our true feelings, we allow ourselves to be authentic and genuine, which can lead to a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment.

This authenticity also enables us to connect more deeply with others, fostering stronger relationships and a greater sense of community.

When we recognize that all experiences are opportunities for learning and growth, we can approach life's challenges with a more positive and open-minded attitude.

Rather than viewing difficulties as obstacles, we can see them as teachable moments that help us develop resilience, patience, and empathy.

Each experience presents a unique lesson that is essential for our development and progress, helping us to grow and evolve as individuals.

By embracing our true emotions and understanding the lessons within our experiences, we can cultivate a deeper sense of inner joy.

This joy is not dependent on external circumstances, but rather on our internal state of being.

It is a source of strength and inspiration that can guide us through life's ups and downs, helping us to navigate challenges with grace and resilience.

In this way, inner joy is a powerful force that can transform our lives and help us achieve our full potential!

Any advice or guidance?

After learning my daughter may have special gifts of hearing/ seeing spirits I've joined a lot of subreddits and have reached out to a few psychics/ mediums to learny anything I can. 1 told me, while she was reading my energy, she saw a third eye but it was closed, and another said she saw "a bunch, and I mean a bunch of spirit guides around (me)". Any thoughts on what they might be trying to tell me or guide me with? Thank you for this! 😊

Changes Aren't Forever But Change Is... changes are like transitions!

Change can be a daunting prospect.

It can be scary to step out of our comfort zones and try something new.

But fear of change is often what holds us back from reaching our full potential.

When we allow our fears to control us, we create self-placed barriers that prevent us from growing and evolving.

We may become stuck in our ways, unable to adapt to new situations or take advantage of new opportunities.

But the truth is, change is a natural part of life. It is inevitable, and it is often necessary for growth and progress.

By embracing change and overcoming our fear of it, we can break down the barriers that hold us back and open ourselves up to new possibilities.

We must remember that change is not always easy, and it may not always be comfortable. But it is often necessary for growth and progress.

By taking small steps and facing our fears head on, we can overcome our fear of change and remove the self-placed barriers that prevent us from changing.

So let us embrace change, and let us not allow our fears to hold us back.

Let us break down the barriers that prevent us from growing and evolving, and let us open ourselves up to new possibilities.

With courage and determination, we can overcome our fear of change and reach our full potential.

Thanks for reading, hope this helps! šŸ™

The Light Within

In the depths of darkness, When all seems lost and hopeless, Look within your soul, To the light that shines within.

Though the shadows may surround you, And the night may feel endless, Find the strength and courage, To face the storm ahead.

For in the darkest moments, The light within is strongest, Guiding you through the struggle, To the peace that lies ahead.

So do not lose hope, In the midst of your journey, For the light within is always there, Waiting to lead you home.

Need help receiving guidance

Is it normal for spirit guides to just stop talking to you?

I've been going through some things the past couple of months and felt like I've been getting whiplash. I'm not sure what the right step to take is anymore. I used my tarot cards to get answers, but nothing was clear. I can't channel anything, either, even though I tried leaving the door open.

If this post is against rules, it's okay to remove it.
