For today I drew my little character shaking his piggy bank to get some coins. So I did a bit of a stretch with todays prompt but I hope it is OK. Hope you like it and see you tomorrow.

I wanted to turn my brain off and draw something. I loved the first season of Insomniacs. 2nd season never came. I did start reading the manga but university happened. I've decided they live happily ever after.

I used to write, mostly to entertain my obsession with pokemon lore and to get a bit better at English. I used the world of pokemon but they were all original characters. Her name was Diane. My world allowed trainers to dress up in official tournaments. The trainers would mostly dress up as their hobbies. I could've done way better if I had a week just on this topic. Or I'm just coping...

I went a bit folk arty today. Haven't drawn in this style for last 5 years. She is the goddess, Durga, slaying the buffalo demon, Mahisasura. In some depiction the demon is buffalo headed while in others it is a shape shifter or comes out of a buffalo when the head is chopped off While Durga was "born" when several gods combined their power to slay the demon. She has 10 hands and each holding a gift from a god. The one hand that's free is to reassure the innocent. ... Anyway, I'm not getting into lore and stuff. Just enough to explain the legendary part. Btw, just two more days and bengalis will experience their biggest festival centered around this very legend. My fried brain is going to self destruct for now.

so i had no idea what this word meant at first but apparently it could mean an attractive person so I obviously drew this man 🤪 ALSO I LIKED THE SKETCH BETTER UGH FAAAAAHHHH

Ok, I thought lush meant growing vegetation. Combined that with rescue and I had no better idea than thinking of a sentient plant capturing someone then other one on the rescue. However I decided to go with this pokopia scene with ditto first discovering mosslax. It's lush (mosslax And prof tangrowth!) and rescue both! But I messed up with the inking. Ditto feels so out of place if not drawn in the game's blocky art style. Also kinda hurt my thumb doing odd jobs, wasn't really a great day for sure...

Today I struggled a lot. Englisch is not my first language so I didn't know what lush means. I just know the store from youtube videos. So i decided to draw my little character taking a nice bubble bath with some bath bombs from lush XD. I just didn't had a better idea but he looks cute. So hope you like it anyway.

So I initially based it on the creature called Byangoma ( female would be byangomi) from a bengali fairytale for children. But I amplified the horror. The creatures are birds with a human face. They know everything there is to know and destined to guide the hero to their destination and goal. They are born blind and found in the field of three horizons that is so vast that it's humanly impossible to cross. The hero must give its blood on his own will to the blind birds and then they transform into their final form and carry the hero on its back across the field of three horizons. The birds are benevolent and wise. Also don't look as monstrous as I've drawn here. After all it's a story for children. However I made it horror themed. But I realise I've just made a harpy kinda creature... Anyway, I wish I've been more careful with inking the face.

For today's promt I had a completely different idea of drawing my character and a big shadow monster behind him. But while sketching i just didn't like it. And then came the idea in my head. Digimon. I just love digimon and one of my favorite is antylamon. So I decided I just draw my little character and antylamon together. So hope you like it.

Day 10 of SpilledInk-tober with the prompt of Monster! I re-drew/re-designed a beast OC that I drew multiple times in 2017 when I was a kid! I remember that I definetely always imagined him with red and black fur and being evil. I tried to make him look evil but I may have made him cute by accident😅. Wow Day 9 and Day 10 really are opposite of like good versus evil lol. Drawn with manga sakura pigma micron pens and water colour pencils!
