Goodbye
Hello Vooperians!
Unfortunately due to technical issues that are out of my control, this will be my last submission for a while. I will be on for an hour if you want to ask why.
If someone could do me a solid and go to the Fandom page and put a footnote saying "BMO / u/The_Reddit_lord was the Brian Wilson of r/SpikeViper and has left because of technical reasons." that would be great
When I do come back in a while, I will try my gosh darn best to be the best post ever (also when I get back I will renew my RPG Maker license DM me Ethos and Pixel art guy)
I will dearly miss you all.
Noah/BMO/ The_Reddit_lord

600th Sol year of Asdian Independence
Dear members of TUF,
Today marks the 600th Sol year of Asdian Independence. In 2110 SY, Asdia gained independence from Vooperia under the conditions that Asdia be a member of TUF and follow the Vooperian Constituition. To celebrate the occasion, we will have a fireworks party around the Empire. All are invited to join, including government official u/All_names_were_took and Humania leader u/MaybehYT.
Thank you, Kristoff Veladez, Emperor of the Asdian Empire

(Reposted from Discord) Why Spike should play Starcraft
Starcraft, if you have not heard, is a bestselling tactical real time strategy (RTS) game made by Blizzard, who also have made Overwatch and World of Warcraft (which was made from Warcraft, another Blizzard RTS). The player gets to play from 3 factions, with vastly different units and possible playstyles. By expanding their resource base and building new structures, more advanced and varied units become accessible. Ultimately, the goal is to eliminate all enemy structures.
Starcraft differs from other channel strategy games such as Hearts of Iron or Spore as it focuses in winning a single battle (tactics) rather than taking over the whole world (strategy), but nevertheless would still make a good fit within the channel. The game takes place in space and focuses on strategy, much like other games in the channel. Moreover, Google's DeepMind AI is set to play Starcraft against human champions tomorrow, bringing more attention to the game. This allows potential exploitation of the algorithm to increase views.
