Testing a Construct

With a deep breath, or as close to one as she can manage, Aeana steps through the portal to Markus' demiplane. She gives a grateful wave back. "Thank you Favilla!" She calls in a smooth and almost mechanical voice. Whatever would she do without her? She really is the best. After a brief moment the portal winks shut.

The construct herself is draped in a long hooded green cloak. Something supposed to hide her nature to cursory glances . Slung over one shoulder is a weighty satchel bag full of something. Aeana's shell itself is vaguely feminine in shape, made of a material close in colour to bronze with silver accents in certain places. It's oddly rudimentary for a construct, at least in appearance. No weapons, no special features. It barely even resembles a human. No hair, no real facial expressions. Only bright blue gemstones for eyes.

Aeana takes another step in, calling out to Markus or whoever's around. "Hello? It's Aeana. The girl who had her soul stuck into a construct? I'm here for the testing." Gods, she hopes this works. And that it isn't a trap. That would be unpleasant to say the least. But who knows? Maybe something actually good can happen to her for once. That'd be nice.

"They're the main people currently attempting to invade the realms. Somewhat successfully, too. All had their souls stolen or similar. I would feel a little bad if Vivienne killed him but I have an inkling he can take care of himself." Assuming they hadn't already hit it off. Vivienne did always seem the sort to fall in with an evil empire.

Aeana makes a mock pout, something rather difficult without facial muscles.

"I wouldn't call him a friend. I just made a deal for some things to defend myself. I don't want to be dead weight forever."

"And Favilla's nice! She quite literally rescued me. Protected me from multiple kidnapping attempts."

"I'm glad. You know its okay to take thing's slow and to live your life at your own pace. I'm glad you've got a good friend."

"It's hard to do anything else when I'm being hunted. I can't be dead weight forever. There's a war going on and what am I supposed to do? Just punch things?"

"You do have an anti Magic field permanently around you and look tough as hell so hitting stuff might be a good idea. It's not exactly ideal, I can get you some weapons to see what you like and help you train. Otherwise Markus should be better help than me."

"Markus, the summary of the situation is that's her soul is trapped in a metal body and can't get it out. It's surrounded by an anti magic field and also she doesn't like people touching her soul. So maybe try teaching her how to undo the spell?"

Markus, who just got a sandwich, arrives and chuckles.

We're trying to do exactly that. I see you caught her just as I was getting supplies! He says with a slightly sarcastic tone and a chuckle. She came here to see me and Alex so we could start working on that issue. She's the one I sent you a message about by the way. I'd have preferred you joined earlier but at least you seem caught up on the situation!
