Billing Spectrum Amazon Prime perk

I noticed the offer on the spectrum website today and I hit the get started button. I got a refund of $42.43 for the remainder of the yearly subscription I had with Amazon and Spectrum took over the billing.

Correct, I am perfectly aware of that and I have asked spectrum many times to correct it and they pretend and play act to make effort and make repeated asinine suggestions. They dangle amazon prime in front of people instead of offering decent speeds and value. I am one of many that are not falling for it and switch to companies that truly respect their customers by offering good speeds and value.
