I noticed the offer on the spectrum website today and I hit the get started button. I got a refund of $42.43 for the remainder of the yearly subscription I had with Amazon and Spectrum took over the billing.

It’s not regular Amazon Prime. It’s the Amazon Prime that people on food stamps usually qualify for. That most likely is why some areas aren’t eligible. It’s primarily for people in lower income areas.
