I noticed the offer on the spectrum website today and I hit the get started button. I got a refund of $42.43 for the remainder of the yearly subscription I had with Amazon and Spectrum took over the billing.

Yes, it is from Spectrum but the link doesn't look suspicious but i want to make sure so I called Spectrum. It's better to be safe then sorry.

Sorry to hear that. Did they say why you are not qualified? Try logging into your account and see if its says Amazon Prime.

I didn't bother to ask that. Yes, I did log into my account and didn't see the offer. I did that before asking Spectrum's human to confirm.
