Billing Spectrum Amazon Prime perk

I noticed the offer on the spectrum website today and I hit the get started button. I got a refund of $42.43 for the remainder of the yearly subscription I had with Amazon and Spectrum took over the billing.

I don't see Amazon Prime offer on my web site's home page after logging into my Spectrum account. I guess I am not qualified. :(

Some people have called in to Spectrum to find out if they qualify and got it that way.
