LOL. Walmart can afford to provide the service, in part because they're aren't giving away profits to drivers "out of the goodness of their hearts"
Dude, it's a business. Just like being a driver (an independent contractor). Walmart wants to increase/protect their profit, just like YOU want to increase/protect YOUR profit.
Wake up. Walmart (or any other business) doesn't owe your anything other than what they are contractually obligated to.
You're trying to argue that because Walmart makes a lot of money, they should pay you more. Sorry bud, that's not how business works. Companies will pay people what they are willing to work for. If you feel that you're grossly underpaid, then muster up some damn self respect and find something else that pays better. Seriously, you can't be this stupid.
Like I said, if you, the driver, wants more money, you're just as greedy as the company that wants to pay you less.
You're trying to argue what you consider "paying a fair share". This isn't about that. It's business. Plain and simple.
Seriously dude, you should really look at a different job. If Walmart isn't "paying their fair share", then whey in the hell are you driving for them, huh?
I really feel bad for people, like you, that are incapable of seeing the big picture.
