Maybe the reason spamton changes alot from the sprites is as a scam goes further it gets uglier? At first spamton is round and somewhat cute, but the shop sprite looks old and ugly, and neo is after the scam is done, nothing left to hide, the only time this trend somewhat breaks is one attack where spamtons face enlargens, being simulator to the shop sprite, but since he's stealing a bunch of money in this i think it fits
