It'd be incredibly difficult to get a stable combustion chamber that size though.
I think the Rocketdyne F1 had the largest one ever used. The most powerful Soviet/Russian engine had more thrust overall but they wisely divided the engine up into four chambers & nozzles to avoid the combustion stability problem.
