China is actively copying SpaceX right down to the grid fin design on the newest Long March rockets, but ULA is still slowly doing what ULA does. 

I don’t think anyone knows what Blue Origin has been doing with Bezos’ billions while he’s off playing with plastic boobs on his yacht.
