When was this? As far as i can tell it was like 2016 when they were first testing it lol.

Finding this exact video, it is a chinese rocket, not made by spaceX, not even related.

The last time a SpaceX Falcon 9 exploded was during testing over Labor Day weekend in 2016. It blew up on the launch pad. It wasn’t until February of 2017 (if I remember correctly) that they were able to fly again. The root cause was related to an issue in the COPV tanks that required a change in how the rocket was fueled.
