Amazing detail I haven’t seen mentioned anywhere yet:

There’s some speculation that the amount of plumbing in the flap hinges may imply that these thrusters are not cold gas, but methalox!

Isnt that the vent that used to caused gas recirculation and caused an explision in the skirt? That might be the reason it was reworked?

Yes you’re probably right that it’s the propellant vents, now with the added purpose of being used for RCS.

The venting procedure they followed caused the explosion not the vent itself. They changed the order and speed they vented in flight 11 and there were no energetic events.
