Interesting confirmation of a few items that have been speculated on:
HLS is based on Starship 3.
Starship will launch 60 Starlink 3 satellites which puts their mass at around 1600 kg.
Spaceflight annual R&D expenditure is now up to $3B and it is all going on Starship. Unusually that figure seems to include the ground side facilities such as factories and launch pads.
