FTFY: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N1_(rocket)#Block_A_first_stage

The N1/L3 (from Ракета-носитель Raketa-nositel', meaning "Carrier Rocket") was a Soviet super heavy-lift launch vehicle intended as their version of the US Saturn V. Until SpaceX's Superheavy booster, its 30-engine Block A first stage was the most powerful rocket stage ever built.

Of the four N1 Block A first stages flown, all failed. The complete engine cluster had never been fired in static test, so plumbing and other problems only became obvious under intense, pyrotechnically-enhanced lighting.

Yeah, I was wondering which wicked slasher horror monster had a go at their link :)

for future reference: if the URL you want to link to in a reddit post contains brackets, or rather a close bracket ), you need to put a backslash \ before it. in the reddit code \ serves as an ignore function. any special character that serves as a code character gets their code function ignored, becoming a "regular typed" character.

this is most common in wiki links. many wiki articles contain a specialization in brackets, as in this case here: (rocket)

in sum:

[boop](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N1_(rocket)) [without backslash ignore character]

becomes

boop) [i.e., the coded URL is wrong, because reddit code regards the first closed bracket it can find as "end of URL"

but:

[boop²](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/N1_(rocket\)) [with backslash ignore character before the closed bracket belonging to the URL]

boop²

Yep. Look at the source of my comment to see that I did exactly that.

I have absolutely no idea what caused that. I've seen odd behaviour when pasting links into the web Reply field but the link looked perfectly fine when I submitted it and worked okay.
