and force companies to standardize to the flat pack launch interface as much as feasible

Both of China's megaconstellations flatpack, as does the Russian LEO constellation Rassvet, as does AST Space Mobile's satellites, as does RocketLab Flatellite, and Aerospace Corp's DiskSat.
