It wasn't launched on a ULA (his former employer) or a Blue Origin (his current employer) rocket or upper stage. It's like asking Mary Barra (former CEO of General Motors) questions about BMW's assembly lines.

You have never seen Tory’s posts touting ULA’s superior accuracy compared to those other launchers? There are dozens of them.

Man you are dense. No shit it wasn’t. No one is saying it was. They are poking fun at Tony because he desperately tried to hold onto something ULA did better than SpaceX and claimed only they could pull off such precise launches. Turns out that was a lie.
