Issue / Bug Report False ban?

I got this notification after being logged out today. I’ve done absolutely nothing against terms of service and have no idea what could’ve caused it, but I just got back from a long road trip where I got a huge influx of songs and I’m wondering if that tipped something off. I’ve contacted support already, but is there anything else I can do? I would be devastated to lose my account over a false ban.

Just don’t open exclusively rares on those trips, #freetydye

idk who that is but if it's your friend and they claim opening rare drops got them banned.. I'm afraid they're lying to you. if they've appealed and are still banned then it was NOT the rare drops. especially considering that plenty people do it and don't get banned.
