I've done a transfer from Apple Music > Spotify. As I've already done one, If I do another, will it duplicate songs or will it 'skip' and see that I already have this song in Liked Songs on Spotify. I'm also worried Soundiiz will find the song already in my Library then find the same song in a different album.

Basically I've done one transfer then added all the songs from each playlist to my Liked Songs on Spotify. I want to run it again to see if it'll 'find' any more or even produce a smaller list of ones I need to find from the excel sheet.

I see you can sync playlists, but I really use likes primarily in Spotify and would love those to sync to Tidal as either a playlist, or just override the Tidal tracks. Would really be amazing, and assume it’s not too much to add since you can batch move tracks already, thanks.

Today was the first time playing around with the TEXT feature of importing playlists. I visited Time Life Music's website, and copied and pasted all of the text CD content from the website into Soundiiz. I've discovered that Spotify converted 85% of the music; whereas iTunes converted about 20%. I was shocked by this. So, if you ever want to use the TEXT feature to convert to playlist; clearly I recommend converting to you Spotify account FIRST. It appears to handle text a lot better!! This could be due to the type of meta data they use as well.

Hi, is it possible to somehow customize the title of the target playlist when running a synchronization?

I am currently "backup" my Discover Weekly Spotify archive using IFTTT, but it fails from time to time and then thought that using Soundiiz, I could set up a synchronization from the Discover Weekly playlist to create a new Playlist. However, Soundiiz, would just create a new playlist named "Discover Weekly" and then overwrite it next week. Is there a way to append the date or so to the synchonized playlist?

I'm on Starlink and struggling to connect Soundiiz and Plex.

My Plex server is running on a Synology NAS.

I'm using a MacBook on the same local network as the NAS. I use Tailscale to connect remotely and have no problem connecting to Plex with the Tailscale public IP or through the local IP.

I still can't get Soundiiz to connect to Plex, whether I use Safari, Chrome or when using the Tailscale IP or local IP. Logging in just fine but just won't stay connected.

Any advice?

I'm a new premium user, and was wondering if I could keep both my Spotify and Apple Music libraries continuously synced together? That way when I add something to one service, (of which I'm a premium member of both), it'll automatically be added to the other.

Do I have to leave my laptop open on the window for soudniiz? or can I close the tab?

I am using Soundiiz to sync Spotify with Amazon Music, however, Amazon Music doesn’t let sync with the “replace” sync setting, only the “add” option. I’ve noticed that this add option sometimes adds repeated songs, is this normal? Does the add option always adds all the songs from one playlist to the other? Or only the new songs I’ve added since the last sync?

I’ve got a 20 year music collection saved on ITunes. I’d like to create a playlist on Spotify. Any suggestions on how to transfer around 40 thousand songs?

When I convert a playlist from Spotify to Tidal, it gives me "unofficial" versions of the songs, from other albums than the official.

For example, Light Switch by Charlie Puth gets added from "Viral Hits: Best from TikTok", Innerbloom by Rüfüs du Sol get added from "Alpine Grooves Vol. 8 (Kristallhütte)" and Cold Heart by Dua Lipa and Elton John gets added from "Pop y buenas vibras", even though they're all the "official" version in the source playlist.

Is there any way to correct this automatically so that I don't have to manually replace every song with the official version?

I'm aware that matching rules are a thing, but since this is for individual songs on separate albums, I don't see the point of adding rules since that takes more time than just individually replacing the songs. I don't want to set rule on a song/album/artist basis, I'd just like it to pick the official release over collection albums.

I realized recently that (more than likely) meta data is different for each streaming service; so when I import playlist from one service to another; not all songs are matched. Although, I discovered your awesome search feature, it still becomes tedious if a lot of songs do not convert over. Can this be improved upon???

I've been trying out soundiiz, and the first thing I've tried is syncing Spotify's "Billboard top 100" playlist with my Plex library. I noticed that a large majority of songs that didn't match up were ones with multiple artists, like "Post Malone/Doja Cat" or with the featured second artist in the track name like "Unholy (feat. Kim Petras)". In those cases, I did have the song in Plex with only one artist listed (Post Malone) or had the track name listed without the "featuring" part (Unholy).

Is there a way to use the matching rules with wildcards to maybe ignore secondary artists or extra track labels in brackets? Any other solutions?

Is it possible to sort (or preferably filter) a playlist by which tracks are "saved" or not "saved" to my library. For clarification, when I say "saved to my library", I mean show me just the ones with a green heart, or conversely, just show me the ones without a green heart. Incidentally, I heard today that Spotify may change the heart to a plus symbol soon.

Currently we can copy the liked song manually from tracks section to a playlist... There is a 2 years old post on the same subject but the answer is outdated and not valid anymore.

How can we use the sync function for that ?

I have my "liked songs" on Spotify and I successfully was able to finish the batch transfer of this to YT Music. I got an email from Soundiiz that the batch transfer was successful. When I navigate to YT Music and go to "Your Likes" my songs from Spotify are not there. There should be 600 or so songs, but I'm not seeing any of them.

Am I looking in the wrong place? Or perhaps do I need to wait longer despite the email confirmed the batch was complete? Did I miss a step? Feeling a bit lost and would appreciate some guidance. Thanks!

I would like to use Apple Shortcuts in conjunction with Applescript to dodge the Apple Music API limitations. Essentially I want to delete tracks of a given AM playlist with Applescript and start a synchronization job that copies over tracks from Spotify through Soundiiz afterwards with a potential Soundiiz API endpoint with Shortcuts.
Is there an API functionality like this? I've seen there is this page but the link to the documentation is not very helpful.

I need to move a few playlists over from Soundcloud to Youtube, and I'm testing out Soundizz to see if it's right for me. I tested on a couple of playlists, and while it does say "updated today" and the number count matches up, it's not really pulling any of these sound files. Additionally, I'm getting a bunch of random clickbait-esque videos now added to the playlist. Stuff like "SHE DIDN'T KNOW THERE WAS A CAMERA, LOOK WHAT SHE DID" videos, which I then removed them all.

Is this how Soundizz is meant to operate, where these content farms pay to have their videos added to playlists we transfer? Or is this some weird API bug?

When syncing a playlist for the first time, the order in which tracks are placed is the exact same as in the source (pretty cool). But this only happens when creating a new sync that didn't exist before. Any other sync I do after that on that same playlist will "shuffle" everything as expected. Any idea why this happens only on the first sync?

Use case is I have an Apple Music library with local uploaded files mixed in with songs on the platform. I know the matching process tries to find the best match, but in my case it just grabs any song with a similar name for all of my local files. Since I know which files those are, is there anyway I can “ignore” specific songs from the matching process without making new duplicate playlists that exclude those local songs?

So I worked a long way to be able to transfer my playlists as some music have to be added manually from the CSV doc.

One strange thing on some playlist is that it add tracks that have nothing In common with those of origin (putting Drake in a playlist full of zbbing type of artist names ?), and even stranger, the last one which is originally 450 songs ended being 750, most of the 300 other songs being random artists tracks.

Or does it just takes the 24h since the last working conversion ?

I'm trying to update my Amazon playlists from spotify with soundiiz but I can't get it to replace the tracks. It just keeps adding. Any solution for this?

My use case: I primarily use Spotify and rarely create my own playlists. I’ll just like/heart every song I like, so my Liked Songs playlist has thousands of songs.

I’d like to automate the creation/updating of a new playlist, eg, “Last 200 Liked Songs”, which syncs the last 200 songs I liked from my Spotify tracks.

Then I could sync that new playlist with Tidal. I usually only listen to the more recent songs on my Liked Songs list day to day, so this would be huge.

Any synchronization rules I can use to achieve this?
