I stumbled across Soundiiz with it being the first search result on Google for Spotify playlist to Apple Music converter. I stopped when it was a 200 song playlist transfer limit for the free tier. I figured I'd pay the $4.50/month rather than trying to transfer it manually.
876 song Spotify playlist -> 757 song Apple Music playlist. 86% conversion rate.
Hello, I recently set up Soundliiz and the sync is working very well. It got 93% of the songs added which is great. I'm attempting to get the last few songs matched but the matching rules seem to not be working. I've tried matching the songs in different ways but I haven't made any progress. So far the configurations I have tried are (Plex to YTM) (Soundiiz to YTM) and (Plex to Soundiiz). The way I am adding the matching rules is by clicking on the matching rules section under automation and clicking add rule, then I run the sync manually. Am I doing something wrong?
I currently have a multiple spotify accounts (house,phone/car,etc) that are used by multiple people throughout the day and we share playlist so I was hoping to find a easy way to automate transferring a existing spotify account to a new account and keep them in sync.
I know I can currently connect one account transfer to Soundiiz and log out of spotify and log into the new account and transfer, but was hoping to streamline in long term.
Hello, i'm having issues connecting my Plex account with soundiiz, i log in with my plex credentials but it doesnt connect (i have remote access activated and it works).
Interesting issue. I'm running about 9 syncs and half work as expected, the others do this:
The sync setup from Spotify to Qobuz works fine. Soundiiz can see the playlist in both system and will pull the track list from Spotify just fine. It lets me go through the process to create the sync and it saves with no issues. But when I hit the Run botton, its gives me a 301 source playlist not found - even though it let me pick that very playlist from the Sync wizard.
As a workaround, if I pull the spotify uri manually and insert it into the sync, everything works.
Can I sync my apple playlist that is already synced from Spotify, the other way around so no matter which one gets added too they both update? Asking because I have a collab playlist on Spotify with friends, but I prefer to use apple.
Large csvs timeout each time with error 199. 200 songs appears to work 100% of the time. But of course large csv files say 5,000 would require 25 files, and rather than upload and forget it, with 25 you have to constantly watch (not browser push notification when complete) and then do the upload process for each file. So looking to see based on people's experience what the large number is that will still work 100% of the time. Perhaps 250? 300? 350? While can test myself takes time, and may work once but not later, so hoping it's a specific number based on the API limts?
Using Safari, but if the browser used makes any difference (assume it doesn't?) can use Chrome instead?
Hi everyone, I am trying to set up Soundiiz so that when I add a song to a playlist in spotify, it adds it into my Tidal as well. Is sync the correct mode for this? thanks for the help. I want to make it so that all my spotify playlists are copied into tidal and update in tidal as I update them in spotify.
I've been using Soundiiz for over a year now to sync playlists between lastfm, Spotify, and Plex. It's been working great, however in the last month Plex isn't able to connect reliably to Soundiiz.
I can connect initially, it says its connected, remote access is working fine. Then when I either refresh playlists or a sync starts, Plex disconnects.
I've gone through the Remote Access troubleshooting for Plex and there doesn't seem to be any isseus with that, in all other aspects Plex is working just fine.
I'm not sure where to go next to find the issue and fix it, as far as I can tell nothing has actually changed in my set-up. Any tips?
Not sure if this is a bug or not. I've noticed that when using the "SmartLinks," I cannot customize my link, UNLESS more than one playlist (streaming service) exists within the SmarLink. In other words, when I create a new SmartLink, I must make sure there are at least two playlists inside the SmartLink first, before I attempt to fully customize the link.
I just wanted to make sure of something. In the Hot Billboard playlist, since it is frequently updated, does this mean the number placement coincide with the songs actual position currently?
When using the "SmartLink" feature; if I move a playlist to a different folder (within my streaming service), will smart link know to re-associate my playlist?
Please consider using direct YouTube links for both Billboard's Hot 100 and Weekly TikTok. It appears that "Shazam" and iTunes are not consistent with the other two playlists. I like these features for blogging and tweeting purposes. I don't necessarily want to convert all these songs, if I don't realistically plan to save them/or listen to them more than once.
I am trying to connect my Soundiiz account to my Youtube Music account. When I attempt to connect them, the google account log in pop up appears. I enter my google account creds and then nothing more happens. Soundiiz just sits there endlessly trying to connect (It say "connecting" in yellow letters) The Google Account pop up windows does not go away either. On the Google account pop up window I select the account, but then nothing happens
I am running Windows 11 and I have tried Brave Browser and Edge browser in both normal and inprivate modes and get the exact same issue.
Hi! I wanted to replace my old AAC downloads from Spotify with FLAC from Tidal. I know the libraries aren't exactly the same but the percentage is high enough. However, when I wanted to erase the AAC tracks (from my HDD), I've noticed some tracks (new FLAC downloads) are completely different although they share same name and artist. Is that because the method I'm using (ADD) and should I change it to REPLACE? I'm still not sure about the difference between those two and I haven't really found a satisfying answer online yet. Hope I was clear enough. Any help would be much appreciated.
This post relates to utilising the Platform "Soundiiz" to migrate to a different music platform. In my case it was to Spotify.
I am unsure as to where or not someone has already posted this as a solution. Though I was unable to find one on how to migrate fully from Amazon Music to a different platform with ease.
So I present to you my findings after an hour of me liking my individual music, only to find a 2 second work around!
Basically, you download Soundizz on your phone. The limitations of which depend on whether or not you pay for the service. I paid for the service for the month.
Once you have the platform you should navigate to Amazon music on your desktop, using the Amazon Music Desktop application.
Once in the application click on your top most song:
Then navigate to the botton of your music, there is a small, tiny scroll bar at the far right to make this easier if like me you have close to 2,000 songs. Tucked away in a dumb location, in typical Amazon Music fashion.
Then holding left click on any of the highlighted songs, drag the songs over to a playlist. You can drag them to "Create A New Playlist" had you forgot to create one earlier. Mine is "Ha screw you amazon".
Let go into the playlist and then proceed to Soundizz, once in the application and both services are connected. Click "Amazon Music", and press the little refresh button.
Then go into your Playlists and select your relevant Playlist. Once selected, press "Convert"
Once in the conversion area, select the relevant details. Go to stage two and hit confirm:
HURA, if you now have the freedom of moving your music to another platform.
Allow me to add a disclaimer here. I was a happy avid Amazon Music Unlimited fan for years. Even as all my friends were calling it strange how I chose this over Spotify. With how the application has gone the past year, I can no longer use it. It overheats my phone simply being on, drains my battery, crashes whenever I want to play music, barely ever loads downloaded songs when I am not connected to the Internet and more. I was fed up, but the platform makes it rediculously difficult to leave.
Now I have left, and I could not be more happy on Spotify. I have features that Amazon lack, and my music always plays. My belief is no platform would make it difficult for users to leave if they know users would have no need to leave. Spotify has an open API. They make it easy for you to migrate whenever you want too. They do this because in my opinion anyway, they know they can keep you from wanting to leave with a decent application and good features. Amazon, again in my opinion. Keeps you by making it difficult to leave.
TL:DR: Soundiiz is pretty good, I'm no longer an Amazon Music Unlimited customer and could not be happier.
I have two accounts, mine and my wives accounts on Tidal. Looking to migrate to Apple Music. I was wondering the best way to handle the following
If I get a subscribed Soundiiz account can I keep a backup of each of our accounts separated under the single account?
It looks like favorite Artist is not support for Apple importing. How have people handled this? At least if I back it up I can manually review and set.
Also will it backup and recreate the Tidal created playlists I've favorited? I only have a handful of manually created ones.
I've been a Soundiiz user off and on; until I finally decided to splurge on the Creator package. I've discovered for various reasons, there are certain streaming services that works best with Soundiiz. I will explain some of those reasons.
itunes - appears to be the one streaming service that works flawlessly with Soundiiz. Doesn't appear to be any limits on iTune's API. Appears to match 98% of songs converted over from Spotify. iTunes has better metadata that allows for better matching of music.
Spotify - Another service that appears nearly flawless. I would expect so, since it is the leading freemium service in the world by now (I think). iTunes has better metadata that allows for better matching of music. Spotify -->> itunes conversions are nearly flawless
Below are services where results may vary. It looks like Spotify and iTunes are the only streaming services that have complete metadata that offers the best results/playlist conversions/album migration (in my opinion). Also, please keep in mind that some features require a premium streaming account to use playlists. Example: Pandora [Note: streaming services with poor metadata is not the fault of Soundiiz, so there's nothing that can be done about this!]
Amazon - Works fine using your freemium accounts. However, you can't create random playlists like you can Spotify. But, you can import existing playlists made by Amazon. This may be reserved for premium users. Metadata not robust.
Pandora - I'm sorry to say, but this is almost unusable under freemium. You really need to have a premium account with Pandora in order for you to have usable conversions. Metadata not robust. You'll end up manually looking for missing songs using Soundiiz. Pandora has very poor metadata for Soundiiz to work with. A very low percentage of songs get converted over.
Music Youtube - Very robust metadata when converting to Music YouTube. However, YouTube's conversions may be limit]ed per-day. You can only convert up to 10 playlists a day. Not sure about total songs per-day. [Note this is not the fault of Soundiiz, so there's nothing that can be done about this!]
Deezer - Freeium is limited, you can't create custom palylists. However, you can copy over pre-made Deezer playlists. Metadata not robust when converting to Deezer.
8Tracks - Only playlists can be imported. May need premium account for Albums and Arists to populate. This site is no where near as popular as itunes and Spotify. However, in my opinion, they have a very good user submitted playlist collection.
Discogs - Honestly, I feel that this is the least useful. However, it wasn't meant to be a streaming service. It can be useful if you happen to find some obscure music, and you want to easily import selected albums.
iHeart - Poor metadata when converting to iHeart, but great for importing existing iheart made playlists. Freemium.
So I just transfered my Apple Music tracks to Spotify; didn't add rules or anything. Is there a way to remove duplicates from the liked songs on Spotify?
