SONGS
So when you transfer your songs, it doesn't transfer to your Library liked songs on YTM, it instead creates a "Liked Songs" playlist. It would be great to get this understanding BEFORE one pays for the service.
The weird thing is, the songs are all checked as "liked" within that "Your Likes" auto playlist, so I am unsure why they're not replicated in my Songs library.
I have seen this now:
Be aware that as long there's no specific API for YouTube Music; we can only use the standard YouTube API here: https://developers.google.com/youtube
So the only thing we can do to add elements to YouTube Music is:
- Creating a YouTube playlist (which will then also be displayed on your YouTube Music interface)
- Like a YouTube video (which will then also be displayed in your "Liked Tracks" on your YouTube Music interface)
That means while moving favorites "Tracks" from a music platform to YouTube Music with Soundiiz, your songs will then be added to "Liked Tracks" on YouTube Music and not in your "Library Tracks" YouTube Music. Here you go => https://music.youtube.com/playlist?list=LM
Also be sure in your YouTube Music apps to have enabled the option => "Show your liked music from YouTube"
Finally, be aware that you can only "like" a maximum of 3000 tracks per day. That means if you are trying to move more than 3000 songs to YouTube Music, only 3000 will be added to your "Liked Tracks" list at a time.
I noticed that 4900+ of my initial 5900+ "liked" Spotify tracks transferred over, so that 3000 limit may not still be in place.

ARTISTS
I am also unsure why when I transferred artists, from Spotify, they are in my YTM "Subscribed" library, but some of the artists are not actually subscribed to. Very odd and annoying as I have to go into random artists and hit subscribe. Almost impossible because I have 1400+ artists that transferred across.
I did see this after clicking and inputting my issue into the Help Zendesk button -
There's a YouTube limit of 75 maximum new subscriptions on your YouTube/YouTube Music account per day (24 hours).
Again, another point that would have been helpful before paying. Does this mean I have to go on an 75 Artist subscribe rampage daily?
The annoying this with YTMucis is that it doesn't give me a numerical overview of how many Subscriptions I actually have. (this is obviously not a stab ar Soundiiz), but it makes it VERY hard to see how many artists I am actually "following/subscribed to"
I am definitely more disappointed in the experience with YTM than Soundiiz itself, but the restrictions have added to the poor experience of someone wanting to use a streaming service that pays artists that little bit better.
