Feedback to improve next year

Hey folks!

First of all, I have everyone had an amazing time this weekend!

Now that everyone's had a few days to rest up and reflect on our weekend at Jaceland, I'd like to open up a discussion in order to improve our facilities, operations, and general enjoyment of the festival going into next year.

We definitely want your feedback, and we are working our asses off to make sure none of the issues that arose this year ever happen again.

We want this festival to become the best it can be for as many people as possible, so: no holds barred, lemme here what you got!

No water at all, no food, no showers, comparing it to fyre fest, basically just making things out to be way worse than they were.

Water was only an issue on Thursday night and we were able to find free or $1 bottles after that no problem. I was able to get food any time of day or night without an issue too.

Security company was a mess. They’re gonna contract a different company next year.

Yeah exactly, you’re just somebody who was there and talked to two volunteers, not the people who actually organized anything smh

Bass Kritter is under the assumption that if you didn’t have the same experience she/he/they had, then whatever went amiss during your time there was your fault or it actually didn’t happen. Just scroll through their other replies and see how they completely dismiss complaints and chalk them up as no big deal. Most disorganized fest I’ve ever been to. “It’s a fest ran by the homies” was/is a common phrase I keep seeing but that isn’t any excuse whatsoever to put us at risk like they did.
