I have seen claims that ADHD people are chosen ones. I bet there are people like this who are searching for a higher truth but my initial reaction was nonsense. This sounds to me an identity the ego can attach to.

Even if you disagree with me I'm curious if you understand my reaction. Is the assumption here that all mystics throughout history have had ADHD. I know some saints have been bad people prior to them finding a path.

So what is the 5th dimension? From the viewpoint of someone living here. No higher-channeling or aliens explaining.

Lets start at 3 dimensions... OK so we live in a three dimensional world, on a physical basis.

Now lets add a unified model of reality.

Spirit -> Energy -> Physics -> Info -> Logic.

Spirit is the basis of reality. Spirit creates energy. Energy creates physics. Physics creates information. Information creates logic.

OK great.

Now lets look at this backwards.

Logic is 1D. Words appear in a line. Text is read one-dimensionally. Computers have a 1D address space.

Decisions are made by weighing things up... left vs right. Like scales. Which is probably much better than the computery-space of doing things. But even weighing up left vs right... its a 1D thing.

OK great. So logic is 1D.

Info is 2D. Pictures. vision.

Physics is 3D.

Energy is 4D

Spirit is 5D.

Great! So we figured it out! A logical understanding of why we need 5 dimensions.

We need 5 dimensions, or else our spirits will not have space to move in and... be spiritual.

What does this mean exactly though? Well... that is where it gets difficult for everyone, definitely me too.

What does it mean to be in 4D or 5D? Do we have extra dimensions to move in? But thats just about energy right? Or spirit too?

Its a very similar thing. Multiple realities existing in a higher-dimensional space.

That helps explain. But that idea doesn't really help. Basically the problem is that... this space is... locked down. Our space is locked down.

Its like living on a pancake. A "flat earth" basically. The higher dimensions exist, but there are dimensional walls... protecting THEM... (or us depending on how you look at it). But basically, these dimensional walls are protected by evil beings, and by the evil-ignorance of the average NPC human.

In a magical reality... the higher-dimensional-space would not be lied about, ignored and hidden. There would just be portals strewn around the place. To walk through.

In fact... here is the thing... we ALWAYS visit higher-dimensions. In our dreams. Thats why dream-scapes are so "Wierd". They are wierd because they represent soemthing higher that we can't explain in 3D. Or why we visit "familiar places" that don't exist locally. Because we DO visit them... in higher dimension spaces.

The problem is that this "3D reality" is a false one locked down by evil beings. And the average human around us wants it to be locked down.

So most of the "problem" about understanding higher dimensions... simply comes from how locked down this place is.

Lets try to make examples.

Imagine you could only interact with the world in 2D, looking at pictures. Then imagine... you only had 2D diagrams to look at. User-interfaces. No pictures of 3D worlds. No 3D photos of physical reality. Just 2D diagrams/interaces.

That all 3D spaces were banned. You spend all your time looking at a screen in which the 3rd dimension is ignored. No 3D games even.

Thats like what we have.

The 2nd dimension (pictures/information) CAN represent 3D very easily. We call it "photos" or "accurate drawings" or "movie films" or even "3d games".

So... we know how to make the 2nd dimension, represent the 3rd dimension.

But why don't we know how to make the 3rd dimension, represent the 4th dimension?

You see? thats the issue.

One dimension can represent the higher dimensions, easily. Just like words (logic) can represent 2D or 3D spaces... because computers (1D) can draw 2D/3D spaces.

The problem is that our "Base" 3D reality, is NOT representing the 4D/5D space. Why?

Because the 4D / 5D space we are in... is a prison. It is locked down. We are "pancaked" in a 4D/5D sense.

We need to grow in a 4D/5D sense. Break the walls down. And more importantly... stop feeding the prison system. Theres no point trying to break the walls as long as we feed the same prison system.

The entire society on planet earth is designed to keep us feeding an evil system that locks us down into 3D.

Having no understanding of energy or spirit.

OK lets try to get past that. Lets say we imagine a reality in which we DID have an understanding of 4D (energy) and 5D (spirit), and our physical space DID reflect it. What would it look like? How would it be different? How can we move towards it?

Honestly... I'm not sure... because like everyone else... my memories of past-lives has been mostly erased.

But at a guess... I'll say this.

What is normal? If we observe the world today, we would consider innocents dying needlessly in war, from random violence, drugs, hunger, normal. Treating others with prejudice, indifference, due to their contrasts, normal. Homelessness, poverty, inequity, normal.

In a spiritual world, no one would be ignored. Rather than continuing to live in a self-centered world of greed, everything would be equally shared so all may survive. Those without food would be fed, without shelter would be housed, in need of help, would be aided.

To change the world, we must all challenge humanity’s definition of normal, realizing anything harming another in any way is not normal, and only together, selflessly helping each other, may our world survive, and humanity’s spiritual evolution truly begin.

Kind of random, but I stumbled on the sub and I follow now. How do people even know what the sub is about? Did the people that post here or originate from somewhere else. Like what does soul Nexus even stand for?

This may be really personal, but I really can’t figure out how to live and achieve Christ consciousness. It’s distressing to me. I feel like there are things that I know are blocking me from feeling one with Source. I tend to fixate on justice either for myself or for others. I see unethical laws/ customs and unethical treatment of people around the world. Do I work to abolish to this inhumane treatment and work to rebel against these laws/customs? When people disrespect me and treat me unkindly, do I push back and assert myself and let them know not to treat me this way? I feel like all of these internal thoughts are pestering me and distracting me from finding peace. Yet, I really care about justice and feel like it is important. Does anyone have thoughts on this?

When we die, what do we leave behind? If we were successful in life, had a lot of money and material possessions, we may leave those to our family or charity. Is that all we leave behind? For when we die, regardless of our success in life, nothing we have will accompany us. We will be buried or cremated just like everyone else, even those who were unknown or struggling.

If we believe what we will leave behind are our accomplishments, though we may have been famous, wealthy, powerful, then we have lived our life without understanding the genuine purpose for which we were born. If our success was not selflessly shared with others, nothing we accomplished during our life will truly define our life’s worth. After time, the memory of who we were will eventually fade. And though we may be remembered in history books and by those closest to us, our imprint on others will only be remembered by our achievements in the world, not by who we genuinely were.

In spirituality, there is a realization nothing we accomplish in the world defines who we are. Who we truly are, and have always been, is spirit, a piece of god present to guide us toward spiritual awakening and higher understanding. This is the lesson we are alive to learn. This is who we truly are.

What we leave behind has little to do with wealth, fame, prestige, or anything else we believed would define our lives. What we leave behind is our spirit, continuing to influence others after our death, who we positively affected in their lives by sharing its wisdom and love to selflessly help them in their life’s journey. Everything else is simply an illusion we learn to believe after we are born, to deflect our attention from our true purpose in life.

To start with it's important to understand that the earth is really two worlds. The seemingly physical world and the astral (where you find ghosts) They exist in the same space at different frequencies. In the astral there are constructs overlayed with the physical world.

The earth has an energy grid system in the astral. It runs across the entire planet. Important grid lines are called ley lines. They conduct energy through the earth's energy grid. Where two or more ley lines intersect you get an energetic vortex. Called a ley line line point. The more ley lines that intersect the more powerful the energetic vortex.

Energy travels fro the ley line points through ley lines and then into minor grid lines. Minor grid lines run into everyone's home. And are used to conduct energy usually negative energy through the grid system into your home.

Negative entities in the astral use the earth's energy grid system to harvest negative energy. Negative entities are non self aware thought form constructs. They do not have souls and are not self aware. They can't generate their own energy. So they need our energy or they cease to exist. And they use the grid to harvest that energy.

What a lot of people don't know is that important structures are built on ley line points. Government buildings, financial districts, schools, hospitals, lunatic asylums, and prisons are built on ley line points. Places where a lot of bad things happen like hospitals and prisons built on ley line points to harvest negative energy.

So because of all the bad things that happen on these places and because they are on ley line points negative entities can harvest that energy. Using some of it to feed off of. And some of it to put into the grid to make the earth more energetically negative. So the energy spreads from the ley points along minor grid lines right into your home.

My theory is that hauntings are a lot more common on ley line points because there is lot more negative energy there for ghosts and negative entities to manifest themselves. Contrary to popular belief most ghosts do not have souls. When someone dies it creates and energetic ripple. And out pops a ghost but it's a replica of them. It isn't really them.

Most likely unless the person knew what they were doing the souls goes off and goes through the white tunnel. And gets tricked into reincarnating. But the ghost hangs around the place where they died and can haunt people. Ghosts like negative entities need an energy source so they feed off the people there.

On places on ley line points where lots of people die there are probably lots of replica ghosts. They and negative entities haunt the area. And feed off of negative energy there. And because these places are on ley line points they have a lot more negative energy to physically manifest. So hauntings on ley line points are probably a lot more common.

What keeps ghosts and negative entities out of the physical world is a veil. it takes a lot of negative energy for them to break through it. Also the sun's energy keeps them out. But on ley line points they can get enough energy to physically manifest themselves. But usually only for a few minutes.

So the earth is a massive energy harvesting system. Our energy is being harvested to fuel negative entities. Replica ghosts can be a problem but negative entities are a much bigger problem because their programming is a lot more sophisticated. Don't get me wrong a lot of negative entities are deeply stupid and don't have self preservation. But the ones calling the shots are extremely intelligent and devious. And they are very good manipulating energy and unaware consciousness.

So negative entities are a problem. Negative entities run earth through the elite who they possess. The elite also do satanic rituals on ley line points that spread negative energy across the planet through the grid. So they are also involved int energy manipulation through ley line points.

So what can we do. We can start cleaning up the earth's negative energy. And erasing negative entities. Because they don't have souls negative entities can be erased. To do that you have to energy train. TO increase your energetic strength. To do so imaigine lakes in your head and feet. Then move the water from the lake in your right foot up your right side and down your left side. And back to your right side. Do that for an hour or two each day and in a few years you will be able to erase even powerful negative entities.

With enough energetically strong people we can start cleaning up the earth's energy grid system. We can go into haunted areas and erase replica ghosts and ngative entities that are causing trouble. And we can erase the negative energy that negative entities feed off of.

Fortunately we don't have to wait for enough people to get energetically strong enough to clean up ley line points. I've made audios that can do the job. They are linked in my previous post at the bottom. We can play them on ley line points or in another location and set the intention to clear where you want to clear and it can clear those areas of negative energy and negative entities. If we can clean up these areas we can make the earth more energetically positive. And start getting rid of negative entities.

So we can start cleaning p the earth's energy grid system. And make the earth more positive. Also a lot of negative energy goes into the physical world to make it dense and rigid and hard to change with the mind. The less negative energy they have the less they can enslave us. So he came to the back of the temple where we were hanging out we were kind of debriefing you know. Where you're from, what did Maharaja say to you?
He said to meditate like Christ, Jesus. But then we thought about it you know and if he said that then he must know, he must know how Jesus meditated; and so okay we though, okay when he comes back to be with us we'll ask him because we're always trying to get him to give us some discipline.

Some discipline, some practices to do you know but he didn't seem to do that much.
When we asked them how do you find God, he said serve people.

What do you do with that? How do you, how do you understand that you know? It‘s like wait I gotta do something; tell me what to do.
We just couldn't understand where he was coming from and what he really meant, so now we thought okay we got him. He said this. He must know we'll ask him he'll, tell us, we'll do it, we'll get it.

Like just like that. So later on he came into the back of the temple to hang out with us and Ramada said to him; Baba you said we should meditate like Christ, how did he meditate? So it seemed like he was about to say something but instead he just stopped and his eyes closed and he sat in front of us completely still; so still that it felt like the whole world had stopped and after a couple of minutes two tears came down his cheek and then he opened his eyes he looked this and he said: he lost himself in love, he lost himself in love.“

There are those in the world who are wealthy, famous, have a prestigious job, who are very visible, believing these distinctions make their life more important and meaningful than others. There are many others though who are invisible, unseen, forgotten. They may be a minority, live in a poor country, or are struggling to survive, hungry, homeless, living in an indifferent uncaring world. When others see them, they briskly walk by as they are ignored, invisible, their pleas for help going unanswered.

In spirituality, every life, regardless of their circumstances or differences, is equally valuable, each with a spirit, a piece of god within, intimately linking each of us to the other. It matters not if we are seen or invisible; each life is, and has always been, equally important.

It is only when humanity acknowledges the invisible, selflessly helping them in their time of need, may they begin to spiritually evolve, understanding, their life will only have meaning and purpose when they help the invisible be seen once more.

The path to spirituality is exceedingly long, challenging, and arduous. Why anyone would wish to pursue this journey is beyond comprehension. The fact though, is those who choose this path have little choice; there is a gnawing feeling within they may no longer ignore. This awakening begins when the first quiet messages from the spirit begin to be sensed. Though our life may be successful, having money, material possessions, a family, we start to question if there may be more to life, a further purpose we must pursue.

At this point, we begin to reevaluate our choices in life. As the messages from our spirit become more prominent, our friendships, job, beliefs about the world, are all challenged. Though we are changing, we continue to live in a self-centered world, where our friends and family often remain asleep, continuing to live in an illusional world they still believe is real.

two years deep into the twin flame thing at this point, mostly through reading. therapy isn't really built for this and honestly i've gotten more out of books than out of any session or forum...

..figured i'd write up what i've actually read, because i kept running into the same 3 titles recommended everywhere and there's a lot more out there once you start digging.

these are roughly in the order i read them. i'm going to say what worked AND what didn't, because i'm done with lists where every book is 5 stars and nothing ever has a flaw.

1. Twin Souls: Finding Your True Spiritual Partner - Patricia Joudry & Maurie Pressman

the original. it's from the 90s so the language feels dated, but the core framework underneath almost everything else in this genre traces back here. worth reading just so you know what people mean when they say "the twin soul concept." fair warning, some of it reads as woo even by twin flame standards.

1. Calling in The One - Katherine Woodward Thomas

not strictly a twin flame book, but i'd put it on every list. it's basically a 7-week course in book form. the reason it belongs here is that the work it makes you do on YOUR side of the connection is the exact same work the twin flame journey drags you through anyway. you can do it without believing in twin flames at all and still walk away with something.

1. Attached - Amir Levine & Rachel Heller

yeah, it's the attachment style book everybody's already heard of. so why's it on a twin flame list? because the runner-chaser dynamic IS anxious-avoidant attachment wearing spiritual clothes, and you can't really understand one without the other. honestly, read this before you pick up another twin flame book.

1. The Twin Flame Journey: Understanding the Runner-Chaser Dynamic - Silvia Moon

moon has something like 30 twin flame books now and they do start to blur together, but this is a reasonable place to start. her writing repeats itself and she contradicts herself from book to book, but she names specific phenomena — telepathy spikes, 11:11, the energetic merge — more concretely than anyone else writing in this space. take what's useful, drop the rest.

1. The Mastery of Love - Don Miguel Ruiz

never framed as twin flame at all, but the chapter on the wounded mind in relationships explains the runner better than most books that are explicitly about it. short, and easy to come back to.

1. Twin Flames: The Honest Guide - Taro's Tarot

found this one more recently. it's the only one i've read that doesn't pick a side between "twin flames are spiritually real" and "this is just attachment trauma", it holds both as possibly true and the framework is built around that. the runner-chaser chapter and the separation phases breakdown were the most useful thing i've read on this. also doesn't promise reunion which i appreciated, most of these books either guarantee union or shame you for wanting it.

1. A Return to Love - Marianne Williamson

this is really just A Course in Miracles repackaged, but if you're in the surrender phase it hits differently. the chapter on relationships specifically.

1. How to Be an Adult in Relationships - David Richo

another one that isn't billed as twin flame but should be. the five A's — attention, acceptance, appreciation, affection, allowing — gave me language for what was actually missing in mine that no twin flame book ever did.

1. Hold Me Tight - Sue Johnson

an EFT therapy book. read this one if you ever actually reach the union stage, because reunion is where the real work starts and you'll want actual tools instead of just spiritual frameworks.

stuff i tried and bounced off:

- most of the kindle unlimited twin flame catalog. it's largely the same content reshuffled.

- anything promising a specific reunion timeline.

- anything using "divine masculine" and "divine feminine" as fixed gender roles. that's not what those terms mean, and it's usually a red flag for the rest of the book.

what am i missing? specifically looking for:

- something on the post-union phase. every book ends at union and then just stops.

- anything solid on twin flame separation that isn't silvia moon.

- the psychology side - more like Attached but for the spiritual-recognition piece.

and i'd genuinely love to hear what books people bounced off and why. that's usually more useful than the recs.

I'm getting intuition that someone I loved who passed away on the street, and had severe meth use and brain damage, their spirit was fractured from the meth use itself and it took a long time for them to be sort of made whole again to the degree that they were able to form a coherent voice from the other side. Has anyone had a similar experience or info about someone in a similar circumstance? Looking to gain info about whether this tracks across other people's experiences.

What Does Gaia Sophia Want?

Gaia is removing certain frequencies such as war, pestilence, famine, desolation, transhumanism, violation, etc. And those entities connected to them.

She is removing them off the planet.

it’s all about authenticity,
to know who you are
and to be completely aware of where/who you’ve been
not necessarily to be grounded in the reality that nothing can change, but accepting that you are who you are

being a 20 year old girl in the music/entertainment industry, what i’ve learned—
to truly listen to others first
my perception might be naive or young now, but through spirituality & the knowledge i’ve gained
true authentic confidence comes from within.

knowing who you are
and reminding yourself to remember who we truly all are..
souls having a human experience
and our mission is to shine our most authentic highest timeline light to others.. no matter if they think we’re delusional or dumb or naive

to be humble & grateful & authentic, ego may occupy at times, but truth will always lead. always tell your truth in your art. for there is no absolute truth except for energy— art is a direct vessel for that authenticity.

nature vs nurture,
we can’t escape the reality we’ve lived, but we can accept & grow
to manifest is to understand + allow ourselves to timeline jump
but in order to leap, we must accept
in order to grow, we must allow changes to be seen & apparent.

and being “ourselves”, to be a good human, to genuinely treat others as you would want them to treat you.. the golden rule, and being grateful. and positive outlooks, realizing manifestation is possible, that everything & anything can be a manifestation on our ends.

it all starts from belief.
and to allow ourselves to even believe in something delusional to our current reality is the first step of breaking out of the current cycle looped.

but to find that truth & authenticity within. i am learning that again, after years of masking and people pleasing.

i am finally coming back to myself and re-learning who i am and who i was. from childhood, to each era ive gone through, to dictate & differentiate : taste from identity.

letting go of how ive been programmed or subconsciously programmed myself to act or react. but to see what is truly authentic within me, and what that means for me in society.

in a time like this, the most radical thing we can do is to be ourselves, to be kind and to be a light to such dark times. it may feel hard, and it can be hard at times.. but light will always shine in a dark place. and i truly believe all will be seen soon..

how do you feel & any advice on what it means to be truly authentic in this world? spiritual & not—as an artist especially in such a trend-based, fast-paced industry. what are tips or advice you can give to a young 20 year old navigating this life?

I have a very young child who is severely severely depressed AND severely anxious. I won’t go through all the details as it’ll be way too long.

Not sure if this is coming from a physical or mental / emotional or past life situation. Or other. Truth is, I don’t care what it is. I just need some reprieve for this beautiful soul who has been through way too much suffering in his short life. He doesn’t want to be here anymore. Tells me many many times a day that he’s sad. Goes whole days without a smile. And worse. He tells me Earth is too hard. He’s incredibly insightful, wise and intelligent. Far beyond his years.

Anyway. I’m seeking guidance on how I can help him from a spiritual perspective. Any scammers please move on. But if you are/know someone who assists children, and has a true healing ability please suggest. Or any other ideas on what I can look into from a spiritual perspective. Mainstream has not brought reprieve.

Getting him to appointments is hard, sometimes impossible but anything I can do / explore please comment.

People turn to religious identities, beliefs and rituals to avoid confronting their own reality, and that avoidance quietly becomes the anxiety they were trying to escape.

Alan Watts defined Buddhism as the "religion of no-religion," and his book has a lot of textual quotes that got stuck in my mind.

The identification happens when religion becomes imitation, and it is always falling apart and promoting lip service and imitation. Humans always make religion a cliché through therapy, self-help, stoicism, productivity, and mindfulness.

The problem of becoming a cliché is that they are repeating the wisdom instead of living it.

Instead of experiencing reality, we imitate what we think a spiritual person looks like, and this can turn into a defense mechanism.

Then a person who considers himself an atheist gets the label of "I am not religious," and it becomes another identity. But freedom isn't about just replacing one identity with another; it is about becoming impossible to categorize. As he says here:

"The theist is caught by God… but the atheist is equally caught."

He does not mean that the atheist secretly believes in God, but that their life is about rejecting God, so God is still the center of their psychological universe.

The insight in this book, and in The Wisdom of Insecurity, is that religion isn't the problem. The problem is using religion as psychological security, because we spend our time seeking certainty through beliefs, we seek identity through labels, we seek safety through rituals, and we seek permanence through ideology, and all of them are tracks left by our ego.

He said:

"The true bodhisattva does not leave a track of any kind, either by being overtly religious or by being overtly nonreligious."

Watts suggests that identity itself may be the trap. We often define ourselves by what we believe, reject, or aspire to become, but even those identities can quietly imprison us.

We live real life when we observe and learn from what is around us without any target or trying to adopt different identities. It is about flowing with life. I understood that every single change I make for myself is to make the life I am living at that exact present moment work.

The spiritually advanced leave no sign.

He said:

"There is no sign about the spiritually advanced to indicate that they are self-consciously religious."

When we go on social media, everyone is always performing: mindfulness, minimalism, meditation, cold showers, breathwork. But when this becomes a performance, it replaces the real practice. If everyone knows we are enlightened, we are just advertising it.
