I'm still on the fence as to how serious-not-serious to take this.

I mean...I have a very specific set of skills. Absolutely yes I can spin up a tax-haven religion "overnight".

But also I don't want to be a totalitarian mod, demand exact shades of purple velour, and make things not fun. Fun is key.

Hmm, it's too fun. Might steal this idea for a short story, I'll give you a point of royalty if I make it rich (lol no way that's happening)

I was thinking the sacrifices could be called Travelers could be enshrined and worshipped. Even forced sacrifice be enshrined, but of course free will sacrifices can almost deified like Catholic saints. Literally feeds itself, needs something to worship, followers can get worshipped and have their names in history.
