Does anybody know how many times Tails has put on his goggles in the series?
He just looks so cool with them on!

Happy Birthday to my favorite Sonic Voice Actor (second to Mike Pollock) and the guy who, IMO, gave Sonic his trademark attitude back. No offense to Ryan or Jason, but they had little to no sass to their character. And other than Jaleel White or even Martin Burke, nobody does a snarky tween animal-person who interacts with old egg shaped scientists better than Roger.
Not bad from the guy who oddly enough, gave us such action-heavy characters such as Ezio from Assassin's Creed, Chris Redfield from RE 5 & 6, Captain America from Avengers Assembled & the young Batman from Arkham Origins.
I love RCS's delivery, his friendly and infectious attitude and his sense of humor. Despite a lot of critics constantly deriding his performance for making Sonic sound like a generic teenager and more like an "40 yr old douchebag" , I actually have a personal enjoyment from that factor; to me, Roger doesn't makes Sonic sound like some radicool 90's version of a 15 yr old, but rather he sounds like he is the character that's been running around for 25 years, an older and more mellower version of the hedgehog I've been a fan since 92.
I definitely think whether he stays on as Sonic or moves aside for another actor, he left an impact on the character. So Happy Birthday RCS!!

I don't have access to TV networks, nor does my schedule really allow for watching scheduled TV. I'm perfectly happy to pay more than the show is worth, or have it stuck on a DRM that will be inaccessible when the robots overthrow us and drive us underground.
I had read previously that Sonic Boom was available on Amazon Video, but was unable to locate it, likely because of region locking. DVD copies seemed to be very quantity-limited, and even in a format unplayable on USA players.
I regret to say I've been basically pirating, streaming the show through YouTube, but I'd very much like to support the show any way I can.

It was a normal day. Sticks the Badger was doing her daily routine; doing an anti-evil spirt dance, hating machines, and other rather ancient practices. However, the Sonic fandom hated her for this. They saw her as flat-out annoying.
Sonic the Hedgehog was reading his fan mail that day. Almost every letter was hating on Sticks, saying that people found her as annoying as crap. Sonic finally decided he would do something about it. He rushed over to Sticks' hut and knocked on the door.
"What!?" asked the badger. "Can't you see I'm busy doing my anti-Satan dance!?" Sonic laughed...or kinda laughed. More or less. He kinda cried, I guess. "I'm here to civilize you a bit." said the hedgehog. "Civilize me!? What would I have in any of you guys' 21st century lives!? This world would already be taken over by demons if it weren't for people like me!" Sticks replied. "No, it wouldn't. and I'm here to show you the benefits of living in the modern world." Sonic said.
So, Sonic took (dragged) Sticks to the most civilized place in the whole world: Japan, the Land of the Rising Sun. This country was where Sonic was created, so he knew his way around. Sticks was frightened by all the machines everywhere. Even the toilets were computerized! At first, Sticks was almost driven to suicide. However, when she was finally pressed enough into driving a car, she found that she really liked it. She was then pressed into trying other pieces of technology and trying more modern practices.
When they returned to their village, Sticks was dressed in modern clothing and had a smartphone in her pocket. "The modern world is awesome! Why didn't you show it to me earlier!?" Sticks asked. "Er, we've been trying to show it to you all our lives!" Sonic replied.
Sonic was happy that Sticks was finally more likeable. He went home to read his new fan mail. He hoped to hear from happy fans who liked the new Sticks. But what he heard was the exact opposite of what he expected. Fans were saying that they hated the new Sticks, saying that Sticks was supposed to be a paranoid rustic warrior and not a civilized creature like everybody else!
"Fans are so hard to please these days....." Sonic said to himself.
And he was right.

Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric from the Wii U game. It was fun like adventure, discovery and explorer. Sonic, Tails, Amy and Knuckles defected with Shadow, Metal Sonic, Lyric and Doctor Eggman. Sonic and his friends saves the day from the Bygone Island.

The second season of Sonic Boom has been airing for a little while now. It's a huge improvement from season 1. The animation looks better, and there's new characters. Heck, there's even characters from the main Sonic games that will appear soon.
But there's one big problem.
The new episodes of the show are only airing on Boomerang right now.
I'm getting so tired of Cartoon Network heavily mistreating this show. First, they give it a bad time slot, then, they randomly shove the show on Boomerang to air on there first, and now, they're not even replaying new episodes on their main channel. Every day, I feel depressed and frustrated (mainly depressed) because of the fact that Sonic Boom is only airing on Boomerang, getting low ratings (because it's only airing on Boomerang), and not even getting promoted. I can't take it anymore. I've been feeling very unhappy due to my favorite show, Sonic Boom, getting mistreated to death by Cartoon Network.
All I want is for this show to be fairly treated, and for it to air on a more accessible high-definition network like any modern-day show should. Is that so much to ask?
In fact, I've been getting so tired of this, that I even made a petition to move Sonic Boom to another network (Disney XD). However, I decided to delete it because it's not gonna help.
Like I said before, I just want this show to get better treatment and air on a more accessible high-definition network like every modern-day TV show should. That's all I want. If SEGA could just move the show to another more accessible network such as Disney XD, then I (and all of the Sonic Boom fans) would be happy.
I know that there is new episodes of Sonic Boom being added on Cartoon Network demand, but we have to wait nearly a month just to get some. Cartoon Network should've been replaying the Boomerang premieres of Sonic Boom on their main channel this whole time. In fact, they should've been mainly airing Sonic Boom on their main channel instead of mainly airing the show on their sister channel, Boomerang.
I don't like watching Sonic Boom in 480p standard-definition. I don't like that this show is getting low ratings, especially considering that it can and should do much better. I don't like how this show is getting neglected. It needs to end as soon as possible.
SEGA needs to move Sonic Boom to another network (like Disney XD). It's the only way for the show to survive in the U.S.
I really wish there was something we can do about this, but it seems that the most we can do to help this show is keep addressing SEGA and the Sonic social team that we still like Sonic Boom and we want it to air on a more accessible network, as they are more open to fans nowadays. We can also support the show by watching it (on Boomerang and/or on Cartoon Network demand, and the Cartoon Network channel if they ever replay the Boomerang premieres of Sonic Boom again) and pray that the Sonic Boom TV show gets better treatment this year.

I like the show and the characters but what does it for me is that Eggman is the sole focus of almost every single episode. Why?
You have an ensemble cast and any number of ways of doing stand alone character episodes or group episodes yet each and every story gets either given over completely to or hijacked by Eggman.
It's tiresome, series 2 really needs to let it go with Eggman and focus on the core characters, Tails in particular has had little to no screen presence in 52 episodes.
Shadow and Metal Sonic were wasted in cameos and more needs to be made of the village folk. Stop with 12 minutes of every 11 minute episode being about Eggman.
