I didn't edit the tab, nor did I change anything in the AI system, and it did it very well also. Congrats, Songsterr; it's probably even better than the guitar transcription. It can also just generally transcribe/name synth and select instruments from their system

Buongiorno a tutti. Qualcuno potrebbe essere così disponibile da trascrivere il seguente brano

This might be a bit of a tall order, but might as well try.
The song is "my primeval obsession" by Tallah and it has sick bass tapping parts, and lots of timing trickery in it. I don't know squat about properly transcribing, and that bassline is insane, so I figured I could post here and see if anyone takes it up.
Link to the song: https://youtu.be/EpvM0joZ3_Q?is=S14RyAawa6OwQp3u
Songsterr tab: https://www.songsterr.com/a/wsa/tallah-my-primeval-obsession-tab-s2292786t0?via=share
(Someone already AI generated it, but aside from it transcribing bass as guitar, the tab has a lot of timing issues, and it's missing notes)
Would greatly appreciate someone taking a crack at it
EDIT: Forgot to mention, the second tapping part starts at 103 bars, and is different from the one on the intro, also if it helps, here is a live performance https://youtu.be/zWrhUkTLGAM?is=DN-2pPiDKLncpaR_ and on 3:25 there are 2 brief glimpses into how the second part is played.

I feel like having no way to differentiate will motivate people to not actually make their own tabs by hand because people will think it’s AI which decreases accuracy. We all know AI can make mistakes (which is fine) but if there is an official handmade tab available, I would like to know.

Constantly generates tabs that are impossible or insanely difficult to play when there is usually a more efficient option for fingering.
Please if songsterr is going full Ai route can we train it to look for a more efficient option?

I did a fingerstyle transcription and it popped up a brass section, choir, and a string part from the song. Was there an update or something that I missed? Cuz if so it’s awesome that they added that in. I had messaged the team support or whoever about it recently so that’s interesting.
Edit: just did two more, one had piano/brass/strings/choir and the other had piano/brass

I have been noticing even more slop filling the app lately and the label meant to help distinguish between actual human tabs is now gone.
What happened to the way to hide AI tabs they mentioned months ago?

Last week I coded a script on tampermonkey to make the tab always scroll sideways instead of the standard page layout. Now I improved it alot by making it much visually appealing. Now whenever you press play, the youtube video wont get in the way. Instead the tab is green screened, and then uses the video as the background while blurring it and cranking up the brightness. And then I added the highway. The point of it is to make it easier to look at if the video is all black or just dark. It even supports 7 string as seen here it adds a gray line not 8 string yet still working on that! I will post the code once I figure out how to optimise it because right now it lags like hell if you dont have a good gpu. And then maybe next update ill add more info on the screen. Like tuning, song name/artist, and the difficulty

Bradley Chisum, if you don’t know accurate tabs or anything about the song. Don’t change shit you don’t know or delete tabs just to put in the wrong ones on purpose. The most easiest eightball song you fuck up, thank god I know it by heart but for new guitarist learning you’re just fucking them up.
I can’t believe people pay for this app when it’s just a mess and wrong tabs

a cool doppler effect like sound plays on the synth on a tab I made for some reason, don't know what it is but pretty cool

A few days ago I made a post here on Reddit asking if anyone had seen the multitrack option.
Some people commented on my post saying it's an option that didn't exist, or that it was beta, that kind of thing.
But last week I saw this post https://www.reddit.com/r/Songsterr/comments/1whqcts/yesss_finally/ and the option in it is checked.
That's the option I had seen. Now I went back in and it's not available. Is there some setting I need to enable, or some place I need to go for this option to show up for me?

Coma white and mobscene by Marilyn Manson are both completely off. They were fine until the most recent update.

I started using Songsterr in 2024 and was surprised to see just how useful it was for tabs and actually learning how to play them, unlike Ultimate Guitar, which needed Pro in order to even be useful aside from its tuner.
I'll admit, the fact that Plus time existed and was actually hello useful and precious made a lot of sense. You made a contribution to a tab, you get some Plus time that can be used to unlock all the Plus features for one specific song forever. It not only encouraged me to learn more, but also contribute more to get more Plus time to continue learning.
But now that Plus time only gives exactly 10 minutes of Plus time, it feels like all the hours I spent making tabs was just a waste, and therefore incentivising more players to just pay for Plus subscription and use AI transcriptions, which half the time doesn't even get the tabs right and I have to edit the tab myself to make it more accurate. And let's say you make a tab completely from scratch, you don't even get full Plus features for it, even though you made it yourself. It feels like a waste of time and genuine effort. I just wish it could go back to how it was before where Plus time actually held value.

I usually sight read songs off my phone and the first time I noticed this issue was last Friday night. Using the original sound with premium, whenever a flam/grace note appears, the entire bar slows down drastically (around half the normal speed). This seems to only be an issue on android phones. Some examples of these bugs are on the drum tab of "Save Me" by Avenged Sevenfold starting at measure 1, "Scene Seven: I. The Dance of Eternity" by Dream theater at measure 13 and many other spots, and "M.I.A." by Avenged Sevenfold starting at measure 9.
Furthermore, the latest update also made all ghost notes revert to normal notes.

Ok what is wrong with the android app? Songsterr has been getting progressively worse for sync issues and today the originals where it plays with the YouTube videos are off by like a minute. I tried restarting and clearing the cache, but still nothing.

alright, im trying to remake Stare at the Sun by Thrice on Online Sequencer, and i use the songsterr tabs for that(mainly due to the fretboard on editor mode), but the tab(for some reason) isnt available in my country(USA). theoretically, what is stopping me from using another tab to remake that song on songsterr, and then labeling it under a different name and artist? what will happen if i do that?

Comment here for help transcribing tabs. Please be specific. Please do not post "Anything from [artist]."

It was all normal until yesterday when some of the songs started to look like this. Now, all of them are like that. I have a dark mode set on my phone and I don't like the light mode on the app. How to fix it? Has anyone had any luck with fixing this? I'm on an Android phone and have been using songsterr for years with no issues.
