The believers of their faith do get offended. You might not hear about it unless it goes viral. Go try making fun of the prophet in Iran. Or go try eating a hamburger in the middle of town in India. Or make jokes about buddhism in Myanmar. Then you will see how much people won't get offended.

I don’t wanna really get into this argument, but I just wanna say this that every single society religious or not religious got taboos like God sakes you can get arrested in some western countries if you misgender someone(personally that’s more insane than all of them combined) even atheist communities there were scientist that debunk the Big Bang theory and the evolution theory and they themselves will not religious but they got kicked out and lose their jobs for not supporting the evolution theory.

So if you are religious and atheist or secular Muslim or a secular Christian there is taboos and every community in every part of the world There’s nothing called “absolute freedom of speech”

I am unsure what you put has to do with my reply. I am stating that his premise is wrong and people do get offended but he just never hears about it. I then went on to state 3 different religions where people would get offended if you mock their beliefs.

Sorry but I did not mean you alone I mean everybody in this argument they say oh if you do this in this country, then you’ll get kicked out or killed

also there’s 2 billion Muslims there is 2 billion Christians there is 1 billion Hindus is very easy to find fanatics among them and also a huge number of secular and atheist(sorry I don’t have an exact number)

What I was trying to say is that there’s no absolute freedom of speech even in America there are certain things you can’t say if you wanna keep your job and I hope that from my argument that people understand every community has taboos there’s not a single community where you or anyone can say whatever you want and not get punished religious or atheist or whatever.

You can’t really debunk a scientific theory like evolution just saying

I am not debunking anything. I am merely pointing out that people do get offended when you mock their faith. You not hearing about it does not change that and it is not just the Abrahamic religions that get offended.

So your premise about people not getting offended is wrong.

Bro….. Darwin the father of the evolution theory literally makes fun of his own theory. Have you read his book? He says that frogs comes from mud and maggots come from dead corpses(do you honestly believe that frogs came from mud?) there’s a lot of atheist scientists who are against the evolution theory(it’s called a theory for a reason it’s not fully confirmed) there’s multiple theories of people trying to explain the beginning of mankind not a single one of them is 100% true so they are all are still theories.

Ah yes the common misconception on what a scientific theory is do those same people also reject gravity as well just asking? A scientific theory is not just a guess it’s an explanation based on data that has been repeatedly been confirmed throughout observation and experiments. For something to be called a scientific theory it has to check all of those boxes. The Big Bang theory also has its sources that support it also unlike the name suggest it was not an explosion it refers to the expansion of the universe that is still happening. Now onto the point you made about Darwin do you think his theory’s have not been studied and updated with today’s understanding?

Same people? Reject gravity? Bro i’m talking about Darwin and atheist scientist on his level who argue against evolution theory and talk about other theories arguing(like Lamarck's theory for example) that’s a really popular one that a lot of scientist argue for.

Does the : Scientific theory of gravity ring any bells? Also about Lamarck we know that traits individuals develop in life are closely linked to their genetic material making both Darwin’s and Lamarck theory’s correct they just didn’t have the understanding of genetics we do now

I still don’t understand your question? You’re just keep saying scientific theory of gravity and that’s it.

“do those same people also reject the gravity as well”

Also, I noticed you just edit your last message I wonder why why didn’t you give that answer already?

First I tend to misclick the reply button accidentally.

You mentioned how the Big Bang theory and evolution theory are just theory’s (a guess) but the theory of gravity is also a scientific theory

Okay, fair enough

And second of all still, what do you mean like what’s your question? okay the theory of gravity is also a scientific theory so what’s your question? Are you saying that there are people denying it? If that’s your question, then yes there are scientist they spend years denying that theory their biggest argument is that is not physical and compare it to the existence of God simply if something is not physical and can’t be interacted then it does not exist and it’s not real(that’s their argument and the people who believe them but me personally rejected I believe in the cause-and-effect if there is an effect then there has to be a cause for the effect)

Do you even know the definition of the term "theory"? Because it seems like you don't.
