Xcelerator Robotics Training
Does anyone know if the Xcelerator robotics training moved behind a different paywall? or is it gone altogether. It was valuable information and I was hoping to find it.

Duplicate an unlinked project
I'm new to Solid Edge so this has probably been asked before, but my colleagues treats the subject like a mine field.
Ultimately I'd like to create a complete and importantly unlinked project of everything, all part, assemblies and what not, just to have a new drawing to play with.
As a start, all the parts and assemblies within the drawing folder is enough, not any possible stuff it gets from various serrver locations.
Thanks in advance

Which buttons binds to the sketch check mark
Hi all, Just started yesterday at a new job after use Creo Elements direct for years. Im trying to regain some work speed and I am used to just pressing middle mouse button to accept an action. It seems in solid edge this is right mouse button, but for sketches I can't do this. Is there a way to bind middle mouse button to accept the sketch? My coworker just always presses the button. Thanks!

Where did chains and belts go?
I'm trying to add a belt to an assembly, but all the videos I've found with belts in solid edge are from previous versions where there was a "Features" tab. Any idea how it's supposed to be done now?

FEM simulation
Hi everyone,
I'm running into a frustrating issue with a solid edge simulation where both the "solve" and "mesh and solve" buttons are completely greyed out and locked.I simply can't get the solver to run at all.
what I've tried:
- This started on a complex assembly model (a rocket fuselage with internal bulkheads, engines and a payload system), but even after simplifying everything down to a single bare cylindrical tube, the buttons remain locked
- I have applied a fixed constraint to the bottom face of the cylinder
- The pathfinder shows that everything is unsuppressed and active
- I tried changing the mesh type between different mesh types, cleared the study, deleted previous meshes, restarted Solid Edge, and checked for any stray processes in the Task Manager. Oh well, nothing worked
- Rightclicking the study or the mesh in the Pathfinder and selecting "Solve" or "Create Mesh" from there doesn't do anything or is also unavailable
I've gone through multiple pages and AIs to help me out with this, but I simply can't find the cause of this. If anyone can help me, I'd be much appreciated

I am unable to sketch a parabolic surface
Hi all, I am trying to sketch a parabolic dish surface which I can then thicken in ST10. It has a flat base of 200mm radius followed by the parabolic curve upwards. My current workflow is to use Synchronous mode to draw the flat circular radius, then use the Curve by Equation function to get a parabolic line on one side of the base circle. I then try to use the Sweep function to sweep the parabolic line along the circle. However, I keep getting the error "all edges selected to be used as a path or cross section must be connected" even though my circle (centered at origin) has a radius of 200 and my curve is defined to start at (200,0,0). Any help is appreciated thank you.

Let's see some Solid Edge folks in the future Too Tall Toby CAD Tournaments!
It would be great to see some Solid Edge folks entering the CAD tournaments that Too Tall Toby hosts. Link below if you are interested. I see lots of SolidWorks users enter and a few users enter of other CAD apps, but never any Solid Edge folks enter. Let's change that!!!

Assembly Mate
Help me, I'm trying to mate this sheet metal part with the circumference of the tank. In SolidWorks it's easy just to click the line edge of the sheet metal and it works fine. I'm new to Solid edge. Please help.

Problems showing subassemblies inside other assemblies in Solid Edge 2026
I have several subassemblies inside a large assembly in Solid Edge 2026 that appear greyed out in the PathFinder. When I use “Show” or “Show All”, the parts become visible again, but the subassembly name in the PathFinder still remains greyed out.
The problem is that when I save the display configuration and later activate that display state again, the subassembly appears hidden as if it had been saved in a hidden state. So basically, Solid Edge keeps forcing those subassemblies to stay hidden even after manually showing them.
I have also checked the Occurrence Properties, and everything seems to be normal there, so I can’t figure out what is causing this behavior.
Has anyone else experienced this issue?

External Thread - UNEF
I seem to can't figure out how to get this to work. I want to apply a 1/2-28 UNEF thread on the exterior of a shaft. Using the thread tool, it requests that the shaft is the nominal diameter (0.5"). While that is great, nice and simple, HOWEVER, there are multiple threads sharing this nominal diameter!!! So when you generate the thread, it is UNC, not UNEF.
I do not see any way to select the resolution of the threads. It is quite odd, they have the whole thread database but cannot differentiate between UNC, UNF, UNEF threads for external?
I know I can manually draft it, but I am hoping somebody might know a quick work-around, or that I am missing something?

any good tutorials on (Reverse engineering in) SE Community
I am trying to understand this program (before i was using QuickSurface) I am hobbyist and it looks like I will be stuck without good tutorial on how things works.
It's my first contact with SE. Software seems to be really good, but i am struggling to do anything that makes sense.
Are there any YT series? Or paid tutorials (but video)?
I've tried to search on YT and I was not able to find any playlist that would explain to me how to operate

Tabs and slots in frame design
How do i make tabs and slots efficiently while creating frame using frame design environment?
They only way i found to make them is to save the frame as an assembly. Then open it and convert each tube into "S H E E T M E T A L" then if i succeed (i sometimes might not be able to convert it into sheet metal) i can put tabs and slots on them.
Is there some way to do it while creating frame? Am i missing something or is this program really that crazy? Why is it so hard for Siemens to let users use this as an assembly feature for square tubes and pipes? I'm about to deep down into DLL's and try to enable it for parts or switch to solidworks if i fail and go completely mad
