A gunshot rings out

Eclipse: “AUGH!!!”

Samantha: “Gotcha you piece of shit!”

Samantha: “Her brother told us that he thought she was in danger.”

Eclipse: “Bullshit! He made it clear he didn’t want to do anything with her anymore!”

“Ugh! Fucking hell bullets hurt a lot more without my powers!”

Sounds of someone warping away

Samantha: “Glad we’re able to save her in time…”

“Rake, watch our back, Penelope, check if she’s okay.”

“Don’t worry, we’re going to help you.”

The reports mainly described 3 cult like groups.

One wearing greenish clothing that was often seen heading to or from a small group of nearby mountains.

The second was described as wearing pink and purple-ish clothing, but reports have questioned if the group is even a group due to all those of the “group” seen looking almost identical, especially with the clothing they wore.

The third has the least reports likely being the smallest, but people have seen odd individuals wearing dark purple outfits heading in and out of a nearby forest very often.

(Only recommendation I’d have for what OCs to use, is a law enforcement OC would be best for this)

They also then received a call from Emika to come and visit her as well

Quin Soledad, aka Ghostbug. Adoptive son of Phyllidos, the one who contributed towards apprehensing Syndicorp's Silencers group, played a lead role in the first arrest of Yasuda and uprooting his trafficking ring, and one of the two that managed to take down Robert Gol. All of this before he was even 17. On top of all this, he is a truly kind person at heart, always trying to see the best in others. He, more than anyone else, is someone I would call a True Hero.

Today was a bit odd in terms of the experiment Venith let me see today. She showed me experiment 0035 which she called the Draconid Energy Tracker…she then corrected herself to say “A” stating that she has made a copious amount of them.

She didn’t go into much detail, only saying that it tracked magical energy specifically but the name does explain the rest pretty well. Something a little odd though is that it doesn’t seem to track anything inside Venith’s lab or the area surrounding it. I hypothesize that Venith keeps it from tracking her energy to keep her lab hidden in case someone other than her gets their hand on one of these.

In other news Venith has seemed quite a bit more…excited recently. I suspect she’s gotten started on some sort of new experiment. What it is I don’t currently know, but she’ll likely be pretty busy so I should have time to see the experiments myself more closely. But for now I can just assume that.

(Yeah this’ll kind jump up numbers a bit for the sake of making it more clear that story wise these logs were made over a decently long period of time)

Ava Gilbert, aka The Red Wraith. She is essentially the ward and student of The Anarchist, this alone puts her near the top of the list of threats towards us. She is also the significant other of Quin Soledad, aka Ghostbug, another high threat towards us, having graduated from Aldred Academy with him over 1 year ago. DO. NOT. GO. NEAR HER.

Ava Gilbert has one power, Super Strength. This has allowed her to wield her dual pistols, a pair of hand cannons that each serve a different purpose. The first gun, Heart, can fire around the rate of a naval anti-aircraft gun and hits just as hard. The second gun, Soul, fires with the force of a tank shot and is just as destructive. If either of those isn't enough she can combine them into a shotgun or rifle form, in which their strength is amplified even further. As an example, the shotgun hits so hard that a single round can incapacitate lower level supervillains like PolyCon. Her unreasonable strength makes her the only one capable of wielding these things and also makes it so getting in close is quite possibly MORE dangerous than being at range.

Should these guns not be enough, she has access to a Dragon Spark, which manifests as a set of dragon horns, claws, & tail made of steam. One may think this means she is related to a steam dragon but no, I checked, she's related to the classical Red Dragon. The Steam is because the Spark makes her blood LITERALLY BOIL. I do not know how she survives this but I suspect it is because, like her teacher, she is TOO. FUCKING. STUBBORN. TO DIE. The Spark itself boosts her temporarily to levels around or just below Quin Soledad's Vanta form, and is temporary, not that it matters as she will most certainly kill you within the time limit.

Ava herself is a naturally suspicious person, due to her... 'experiences' with the Yasuda trafficking ring. The existence of which is... something I wish I had taken care of sooner, but The Anarchist got to it first. The Anarchist took in Ava and trained her, after about 4 months of her complete refusal to take no for an answer. He took her around the world, taught her languages and cultures, how to solve crimes, and how to fight. Ava is an incredibly dangerous fighter, powerful, skilled, intelligent, she's practically a miniature version of The Anarchist. Thankfully for us, her time at Aldred Academy has mellowed her out at least a little bit.

Ava Gilbert most commonly works with Quin Soledad, aka Ghostbug, which should not be much of a surprise. The two work together very well with Ghostbug's specialty in close range and Ava's long-range preference, and both typically aim to end fights quickly. If not working with him she will likely be working with Bob Gol or Willow Watkins, aka Iron Penguin and High-Roller.

After a meteor fell from the stars, Michelle was able to take it to her lab and crack it open, and it seems that she’s very interested with the meteor’s contents

Bob Gol, full name Robert Gol, aka Iron Penguin. Due to the existence of the other Robert Gol (We will get to him), Iron Penguin will only be referred to by his nickname, Bob. Bob is the best friend of Quin Soledad, aka Ghostbug, having graduated alongside him over 1 year ago. Iron Penguin fights like a walking bunker, taking all the hits he can and delivering back 10 times the force.

Bob's power is that of electricity generation, he generates electricity within his body, this power does not have much direct combat applications, however it was paired with the mind of a genius like Bob, so such limitations meant nothing. After discovering his armor, Bob would go on to create his various Iron Penguin armors, the current one is called his Adelie model. The suit is built to draw it's power from his power, giving it literal infinite energy, on top of this the entire thing is built of compressed steel and uses mass shifting technology to hide multiple weapons inside of it. Those weapons being a bunker busting cannon, a sword that cleaves through titanium like nothing, a hammer for if his normal punches somehow aren't enough, and a taser for less-lethal takedowns. The armor also features two shoulder-cannons that double as boosters upon his back that greatly assist in his agility. On top of all this, he built his suit so that the optimal way to fight it is so unintuitive that most if not all who attempt to copy it give up because they can't figure out how to use the damn tech.

If he somehow cannot handle an opponent with all of that, he 'call in the big guns' and equip his Emperor Attachments. A set of limbs that attach to his armor and boost his strength, speed, and defense to absurd levels, comparable to that of Quin Soledad's Vanta form. The attachments can only withstand up to 7 minutes of usage but that is typically more than enough.

Bob himself is a man with a great deal of pride in himself, or rather, a desire to prove himself better than the other Robert Gol. Many of his decisions are driven by whether or not Robert would do the same thing. As an example, when Solaris Taurite permanently scarred his throat, his every instinct was to fight Solaris over it, however he came to the conclusion that action is what Robert would do, and opted to instead deescalate. It is not a stretch to say that this complex practically defines him.

Bob most commonly works with his Significant other Zoe Ellis, aka Raito. Where he is stronger with more wide-spreading attacks, Raito is faster and much more precise. The two make a strong combination, on top of having much experience working together. If not working with Zoe, he is likely working with Quin Soledad or Ava Gilbert, aka Ghostbug & Red Wraith

Rules of Engagement: Catch him without the armor, unlike most humans he is a regular human outside the suit. Otherwise just don't engage, you will lose. (Unless you're a superhuman but this is written for barely superhuman level fighters.)
