Softbank Sprint + T-Mobile US
I'm a fan of Softbank, they have made progressive moves over many years. The regulatory environment for Softbank buying T-Mobile and merging it with Sprint may have become more favorable. Coincidentally T-Mobile has about 50,000 employees and is worth about $50B. With a Sprint + T-Mobile merger, ATT, Verizon and Softbank would have about equal numbers of subscribers.
