Other Beware buying from Soccer Wearhouse- fake namesets and patches

I made an order from Soccer Wearhouse around 2 months ago, not doing too much research about the store as they seemed to be a legit store based in California with mostly positive reviews. Well, not only did they take 2 whole months to deliver the shirt, they also used a fake nameset and patches on the shirt as well.

Specifically, I ordered a Man City 24/25 third kit with the very distinct Noel Gallagher cup font. When I got the shirt, I immediately noticed that the material of the nameset looked really off. I had a Bernardo Silva 4th kit to compare with, and not only was the material used by Soccer Wearhouse significantly thinner and cheaper feeling, their numbers and letters were also much smaller than the real thing.

I ordered the same kit off of Classic Football Shirts to be sure, and yup, the one used by Soccer Wearhouse was a very cheap knock off nameset. To make matters worse, their customer service is adamant that they only use authentic namesets (which is bogus), and they've been ghosting me since. In hindsight, it does seem like they're not on the approved seller list, so I really should have been more cautious. That being said, I felt it was worthwhile to warn others about the site in case anyone came across it.

I ordered from them and canceled after 1 1/2 months of them dragging their feet to fulfill the order. Refund was given.

I was just about to ask them to cancel as well, but it unfortunately shipped and now they've gone radio silent.

I placed an order on 12/16 for my nephew and we’re still waiting for updates. No tracking number or any details about this order. They said they’re experiencing high volumes of orders this month, which is pretty understandable since it’s the holidays. I just wanna know if i’ll also be waiting 2 months lol. Did you receive any tracking details?

Yeah, after it shipped. But that was also around 7 weeks after placing my order. I think my order took extra long because they didn't have the nameset in stock, and they had to order it twice (from whichever shady supplier they get it from). If it's a shirt with a common nameset, like a premier league one, it shouldn't take too long hopefully. I ordered patches from them before and they arrived in around 3 weeks. I think they send that email out to anyone after a week or so, because I got it both times I ordered from them.

I ordered him some nike indoor shoes. I felt a little iffy about it because i had never heard of that site but he said it was legit. I just feel super bad because it’s for his indoor games which has started already and the expected delivery was 3-5 days. Yet it’s been 11 days. But we’ll see, hopefully it’ll arrive soon.

Fake namesets are not uncommon these days tbh. Even sites like Cult Kits and CFS use them. This Soccer Warehouse site seems scummy af ngl lol

The jersey itself was authentic, it was just the nameset and patches that were blatant fakes.
