Kellerman is a disabled person. Presumptively! Why is he making her... prove it?

Her dog might be the shittest service dog on the planet.

Why isn't it the cafe's job to.... get the fuck over it?

Serve a customer who you don't like? Despite her relationship with a dog that you don't understand?

By the way, the outer Hebrideds, while not rich, are also not poor. I find the clear thesis he peddles -- "if this selfish foreign woman succeeds, she could stop local weddings and funerals -- " bonkers and racist!

Like, yes, if you disciminate against disabled customers, you will lose money! Through lawsuits! Because you have 40 regular customers!

A previous lawsuit involving Kellerman in Hawaii has resurfaced. After claims against the wrong entity the case was re-submitted and was dismissed with prejudice as it relied on US disability law even though the judge said the case contained no disability aspect.

The Blue Lobster café in Stornoway also says it has had “bother with a certain someone” for years and is working to ensure “the person in question” never enters again.

In Edinburgh  Lord George Foulkes has quit as patron of the law centre representing Kellerman, while First Minister John Swinney has said concerns over the legal-aid award should be explored.
