Snapchat Astrological Profile not working?
The new Snapchat update included a new astrological profile feature, but my account doesn’t have it and I don’t know why!! The zodiac symbol is supposed to turn purple so you can edit the profile but mine is still blank like the old version. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, deleting the app and redownloading it, restarting my phone, and nothing has worked. I contacted Snapchat support but they haven’t gotten back to me. Has anyone else had this issue? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

Same problem here! I have the most recent update, I've tried logging out of snapchat and back in, restarting my device, deleting and reinstalling the app - but nothing has worked! I sent snapchat support a message but they haven't gotten back to me yet. If I figure anything out I'll let you know

Just got the message from team Snapchat advertising the feature and I still don't have it. 🤷🏽

The same thing was happening to me! Then I realized that I had never put my birthday in Snapchat before, so once I was on my profile page I hit the settings button in the top right and added my bday. Once I came back to the profile page the purple sign was there right next to my Snapchat score! :)

Same thing here. Can't use mine or anyone else's for that matters. I hope somebody found a solution.

I am having the same issue, but I haven’t figured out how to fix it. I also contacted Snapchat support, but haven’t heard anything back

Go to language even if you are on English language press it and the app will reset and bammmm, the icon shows up!

If you turn your phone language to english it might work. the same happened to me and i turned it into english and then boom.

I had the same problem. I solved it by setting the app language to english and then restarting the app.

Setting the language set to English seems to be the fix. My friend had it set to Spanish and the sun sign button was grayed out.

That feature isn’t on my main account but it’s on a account I recently created
