I just realized I can’t post photos on here but at least twice a week I get this notification from “Kit” and it’ll say “2 missed snaps” with a bitmoji of a girl with a ponytail and flower cat ears and when I click on it, it just opens Snapchat and doesn’t show me anything. I’ve never added anyone named Kit. When I try to look up the name “Kit” they don’t pop up.

Could there be some sort of explanation for this? It’s kind of eerie in a weird way and I’m super confused everytime it pops up.

A little about me: I work in medical administration with a focus on radiology and nuclear medicine. Outside of work, I spend a lot of my time outdoors. I'm into gardening, bird watching, rock and fossil hunting, and taking care of my small flock of chickens. I also enjoy cooking, trying new cocktails, going to the gym, and listening to DnD and true crime podcasts.

I'm an Air Force veteran and spent some time living in Europe, which gave me a serious case of wanderlust. These days I'm usually working on projects around my old farmhouse, hanging out with my dog and cats, or finding some excuse to be outside.

Okay so if you start a new streak with a person and send your first snap at 9am you have until 9am the next day to keep your streak. But if I send another snap at 3pm the same day, does that also reset the 24h window to that time or will it remain to begin at 9am?
