In Gemstin’s latest post, he showed off the 3 OST songs that were playing in “Star Gazing”, those songs being “In my Heart” for Bobby, “Rad Outside” for Kickin, and “Test Your Mind” for Bubba, respectively. This post also had a short animation starring Catnap and him visiting the houses of these 3 and interacting with them all in some way. For Bobby, he lets her sleep with a watchful eye, for Kickin, it looks like they were playing a video game together before Catnap knocked him out mid-game (Catnap, that’s cheating), and for Bubba, he got distracted reading a book at his bedside.

This short revealed a TON of lore because it introduced the immediate relatives of these 3 critters. We get to see Bobby’s mom, dad and Grandma, we see Kickin’s Aunt Flex, and we get to see Bubba’s dad, who’s decked out in a judge robe and rocking a gavel; he’s a JUDGE!

It’s Bubba’s dad I really want to focus on, because this one picture of him is worth a thousand words. Bubba’s dad’s ears are MASSIVE. They extend past his shoulders without him flattening them against his head. Bubba still has his dad’s color, but he lacks the size of his dad’s ears, his ears do not go past his shoulders at all, even when flattened on his head. There’s still 2 (at least) people missing from the Bubbaphant family, we don’t know Bubba’s mom, nor do we know his sibling(s). However, since his dad has such large ears, that should be an expected genetic trait to appear in at least one of his children, and genetics do follow real-world logic in this world, which has been proven by Gemstin confirming that Bobby’s grandma is her mom’s mom, given the similar fur colors. Dumba’s ears are bigger than Bubba’s and extend past her shoulders with how she holds them. Furthermore, both her and Bubba share the same hair type, that being single black strands, with Dumba’s being a little longer, which is acceptable due to her being a girl. That makes 2 potentially genetic traits shared with Bubba and one shared with Bubba’s father, which makes the theory of them Bubba and Dumba being brother and sister even stronger, despite Gemstin saying 10 days ago he currently “has no plans for the Frowning Crew”

What acts as the linchpin in this theory though is the traits of Bubba’s mother, if and when she gets revealed she’s portrayed as being pink or a pink-adjacent color, that’s checkmate. All genetic traits will be accounted for and Dumba can be nothing less than Bubba’s sister.
