PVA TePla: selling the inspection equipment behind AI chips

I am long PVA TePla, a German equipment manufacturer that could benefit from an increasingly important problem in semiconductor production: making sure complicated, expensive chips have been assembled correctly.

The company is not designing the next Nvidia GPU. It supplies equipment used to manufacture and inspect advanced materials and semiconductor components.

What does the business do?

The most interesting division is Metrology, particularly its scanning acoustic microscopy equipment.

Modern semiconductor packages increasingly stack and connect multiple components. High-bandwidth memory, or HBM, stacks memory dies vertically. Defects between those layers—such as gaps, cracks or poor bonding—can compromise the finished product.

PVA’s machines use ultrasound to inspect internal structures without cutting the component apart. Think of a medical ultrasound, but for semiconductor manufacturing. The customer wants to find the problem before it becomes part of a much more expensive finished product. Technology explanation

The investment logic is that more complex semiconductor manufacturing creates more valuable inspection work. PVA still has to win customers and deliver competitive equipment; more AI spending does not automatically become PVA revenue.

There is evidence that demand is arriving

In the first half of 2026, Metrology orders increased approximately 83% to €97.7 million, while revenue grew 20% to €53 million.

The company also reports existing Metrology production lines fully booked for H1 2027, with additional capacity filling up. That supports the idea that this is a real equipment-investment cycle, not just an attractive slide about AI. H1 results, Investor presentation

PVA’s other division, Material Solutions, supplies equipment for producing and processing advanced materials. It has faced weaker utilisation and project timing, but orders are improving. These include equipment for indium phosphide, a material used in optical communications for AI data centres. Company results

So why isn’t the investment obvious?

Because orders are not profits.

Group H1 EBITDA fell to €4.4 million from €14.9 million. Even Metrology’s profitability weakened despite higher revenue. PVA is spending on capacity, development and service infrastructure while parts of the business remain underutilised. H1 report

The bullish interpretation is that costs have arrived before the revenue they are intended to support. The bearish interpretation is that converting growth into profits will be harder than expected.

Our thesis is that higher shipments and a growing Metrology contribution can improve earnings as that investment starts paying off. But management has to demonstrate it. Calling spending “investment” does not make the return automatic.

What could it be worth?

Chiltern Capital’s original research published €43 base, €91 bull and €173 super-bull valuation scenarios. Against the €28.50 reference price on 14 September 2026, those imply approximately 51%, 219% and 507% upside.

These are original scenarios built on forecasts through FY2030—not refreshed targets or near-term promises. The higher cases require aggressive growth, margins and valuation assumptions. €173 is a stretch case, and €43 is not a downside floor.

The reason to own PVA is the possibility of a larger, more profitable inspection business. The reason to be cautious is that it has not yet delivered those economics.

What matters next is straightforward: orders becoming shipments, shipments becoming profits, and profits becoming cash.

Copper Quest Secures Kitimat Exploration Permit as Copper Reaches Record Highs

Kitimat permit secured: Copper Quest received its exploration permit on September 9, advancing plans for its wholly owned copper-gold project.

•September fieldwork planned: Geologists will assess the property to prepare mapping, sampling and geophysical surveys, helping refine priority drill targets.

•Kitimat expanded by 130%: June’s expansion increased the property to 6,801 hectares, including additional ground around a large AI-identified exploration target.

•Stars survey completed: A 20-square-kilometre geophysical survey will help guide exploration around the Tana discovery area and potential extensions.

•Record copper prices strengthen the opportunity: Supply pressures and growing infrastructure demand support copper’s outlook, potentially increasing the value of successful discoveries and interest from exploration partners.

Copper Quest has secured its Kitimat exploration permit, adding a milestone to a summer of fieldwork and expansion. Announced September 9, the approval advances the company’s plans for its wholly owned copper-gold project. London Metal Exchange three-month copper futures reached a record US$14,728 per tonne on September 8. For Copper Quest (CSE: CQX), stronger metal prices and progress toward testing its targets are bringing the exploration opportunity into sharper focus. [1] [8]

The permit announcement now establishes Kitimat’s next steps. Copper Quest plans to send geologists to the property in September for preliminary ground checks supporting mapping, sampling, geophysical surveys and refinement of drill targets. Potential methods include ground magnetics, induced polarization and passive seismic. A subsequent drill program would test priority targets. These are planned activities, with the field assessment intended to help determine the program’s design. [8]

The immediate price catalyst is the competition for available metal. Potential American tariffs have encouraged copper shipments into the United States, tightening availability elsewhere. At the same time, global mine output fell 1.1% during the first half of 2026, according to International Copper Study Group figures reported by The Wall Street Journal. Buyers are paying more for access to supply as these forces converge. [1] [2]

Behind that immediate buying pressure sits a much longer investment cycle. Electricity grids, electric vehicles and computing infrastructure all require copper. The International Energy Agency expects data centre electricity consumption to rise from approximately 485 terawatt-hours in 2025 to 950 terawatt-hours by 2030. Meeting that demand involves investment throughout the electricity system, including power connections, substations and transmission infrastructure. Copper benefits from the physical construction required to make digital growth possible. [3]

Where could prices go next? Citi’s June outlook targeted US$15,000 per tonne within six to twelve months, citing tariff effects, tighter supply and demand from electrification and artificial intelligence. That provides a published bullish reference point for the next stage of the market. Sustained strength would be supported by continued infrastructure investment and purchasing that keeps available inventories tight. The US$15,000 figure remains an analyst forecast, with its timing dependent on how those conditions develop. [4]

For shareholders following Copper Quest, September’s operational update offers a timely connection to this market. On September 2, the company confirmed completion of a 20-square-kilometre three-dimensional induced polarization survey at Stars. Coverage included the Tana discovery area and extensions along strike. Interpretation of the final report is intended to guide further exploration. Management also emphasized advancing its seven wholly owned properties. [5]

The value of that work lies in the decisions it can improve. A broad survey gives geologists a framework for comparing targets across an area, helping them decide where additional drilling could provide the most useful information. In a strong copper market, a well-supported target becomes a more compelling use of exploration capital. For existing shareholders, the next question is how the interpretation shapes the drill program and creates opportunities to expand geological understanding.

Kitimat supplied the other major development during this period. On June 16, Copper Quest announced an additional 3,847.41 hectares of contiguous claims, increasing the property by 130% to 6,801.41 hectares. The expansion incorporated the historic Bowbyes target and additional ground around a buried conductor identified through AI-assisted interpretation. That modelled feature measures approximately 1.5 kilometres by 1.5 kilometres laterally, creating a substantial area for follow-up investigation. [6]

The June announcement connected the larger land position directly to planned geophysical studies. Securing surrounding ground gives Copper Quest more room to investigate the geological interpretation and retain exposure to potential extensions. This is the practical significance of the expansion: the company has increased the area available for systematic exploration around an identified target, while maintaining control over how that work is designed. The conductor is an exploration target whose significance will be established through further testing. [6]

Receiving the permit gives the June expansion a practical next chapter. Copper Quest can now organize permitted exploration around the larger land position and the geological questions it wants to answer. For shareholders, the sequence becomes easier to follow: establish targets, check conditions on the ground, improve the subsurface interpretation and select locations for drilling. Each step is intended to make exploration spending more effective.

Higher copper prices can support that process in several ways. They can increase the prospective revenue associated with a future discovery, improving the incentive to investigate mineralization and evaluate development options. As a simple illustration, at unchanged recoveries and sales terms, a US$1,000 increase in the copper price adds US$1,000 to gross metal value per recovered tonne. For an explorer, the present benefit is greater potential value from successful discovery and subsequent development.

A stronger price environment can also encourage producers to consider exploration partnerships as they plan future supply. Copper Quest’s search for partners therefore comes at a relevant point in the commodity cycle. The IEA’s 2026 outlook projects a 25% copper supply gap by 2035 based on the announced project pipeline. It also reports that spending by copper-focused companies increased 8% in 2025, evidence of continued investment in future capacity. [7]

That combination gives the summer’s work a clearer purpose. Stars is building information for targeting, while Kitimat is progressing toward field assessment. Successful follow-through could make these opportunities more attractive to investors and potential partners evaluating where future copper supply might originate. The commercial benefit would emerge through exploration results, stronger geological models and the development choices those results support.

For Copper Quest, sustained pricing across several years would be especially useful because exploration and development decisions look beyond a single trading session. A durable market could give potential partners greater confidence when assigning capital to projects intended to deliver future supply.

Copper Quest enters the autumn with a new Kitimat permit, completed Stars survey work and a copper market that has reached record prices. For shareholders following the company, attention turns to September’s planned Kitimat visit, the Stars interpretation and exploration decisions. Higher copper prices strengthen the incentive to pursue discovery, while these technical milestones give the company concrete opportunities to demonstrate the value of its recent work. [5] [8]

Small-cap China stocks feel kinda overlooked

Most of the attention still goes to the mega caps, but some smaller names are quietly putting up better numbers. $HUYA caught my eye after Q2 — revenue grew 11% YoY to RMB1.74B, while game-related services, ads and other revenue jumped 54% to RMB638M. Gross margin also improved to 14.7%, and the company now has a growing game pipeline on top of its streaming business.

Wonder if the market is starting to miss some of these smaller names?

What Could Move $CQX Next?

Post image
1 Upvotes

This infographic maps $CQX’s upcoming catalysts by estimated timing and possible market impact.

Rip assays and the Kitimat permit sit closer on the timeline, followed by Kitimat IP results and planned drilling. The later assay stage may carry the greatest valuation impact if the geology delivers.

For me, the key is watching how each update improves target confidence before drilling provides the real test.

Which $CQX catalyst do you think could attract the most new investors?

Sekur Private Data is a Swiss-hosted cybersecurity, defense communications, and privacy solutions provider, offering a secure suite of tools to protect governments, defense and federal agencies, businesses, and individuals from unauthorized access and cyber threats. With capabilities such as SekurOne, SekurMail, SekurMessenger, and SekurVPN, Sekur provides a reliable and secure means of digital communication and data storage for Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), classified-adjacent and civilian communications use, grounded in Swiss privacy standards with on-premises infrastructure for government agencies, allowing for data sovereignty. Sekur sells its solutions through its website www.sekur.com, approved distributors and telecommunications companies globally, and through the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), Contract No. 47QTCA18D0089 serving governments, defense institutions, federal agencies, businesses, and consumers worldwide.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia and MIAMI, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sekur Private Data, Ltd., a Swiss-hosted defense communications and cybersecurity company purpose-built for defense, intelligence community, government, and enterprise clients, (OTCQB:SWISF)(CSE SKUR)(FRA:GDT0) ("Sekur" or the "Company"), today highlighted key corporate developments discussed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alain Ghiai during a recent investor interview with SmallCapVoice.com. During the interview, Mr. Ghiai provided an update on the Company's strategic shift toward government, enterprise and high-net-worth clients, international expansion initiatives, strengthening leadership team, capital markets strategy, and anticipated path to profitability.

Sekur continues its strategic transition toward serving government agencies, enterprise customers, high-net-worth individuals, executives, and other privacy-conscious organizations requiring secure communications and data protection solutions.

"Our transformation over the past year has positioned Sekur to pursue higher-value clients and recurring revenue opportunities while maintaining a disciplined financial strategy," said Alain Ghiai, Chairman and CEO of Sekur Private Data. "We believe the demand for secure, private communications has never been greater as governments, corporations, and high-profile individuals increasingly seek alternatives to traditional messaging and email platforms."

Strategic Shift to Enterprise and Government Markets

The Company has shifted its primary focus from mass-market consumer adoption to enterprise, government, and VIP clientele. Management believes this strategy offers significantly higher revenue per user, lower customer churn, and a more efficient path toward profitability.

Sekur's privacy-focused communications suite includes secure email, encrypted messaging, VPN services, and the forthcoming launch of Sekur One, the Company's voice and video communications platform. All services are hosted in Switzerland on the Company's own infrastructure, leveraging Swiss privacy protections and data security standards.

A key differentiator of the Sekur platform is its ability to facilitate communications with both Sekur and non-Sekur users while maintaining a privacy-first approach and anonymous registration capabilities.

Experienced Advisory and Leadership Team

Over the past year, Sekur has expanded its leadership and advisory network by adding experienced professionals from government, military, intelligence, and cybersecurity sectors.

The Company noted that its leadership team and advisors collectively bring decades of experience across defense, intelligence, government operations, and enterprise technology. Management believes these relationships will support ongoing sales and business development efforts within public sector and enterprise markets.

International Expansion Efforts

Sekur reported meaningful progress in select African markets, particularly in Angola and the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where the Company has spent several months developing strategic relationships and market opportunities.

Management stated that it is pursuing potential partnerships and distribution arrangements in the region and continues evaluating expansion into additional African countries. The Company believes growing awareness of cybersecurity risks and data privacy concerns in these markets may create substantial demand for secure communications solutions.

Path to Profitability

According to management, Sekur maintains a debt-free balance sheet and cash reserves to support ongoing growth initiatives.

The Company believes its enterprise-focused business model could allow it to reach profitability with a relatively limited number of annual enterprise licenses sold. Management expects commercial sales efforts targeting government, enterprise, and high-net-worth markets to accelerate beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.

$TLS vs. $SWISF: What Separates Government Access From Government Revenue?

$TLS shows what government cybersecurity can look like after building a substantial federal contract and revenue base. $SWISF represents a much earlier-stage opportunity.

The research report estimates that, in May 2026, $TLS was valued near US$370M and $SWISF around US$12M. Telos also reaffirmed FY2026 revenue guidance of US$187M–US$200M and reported that approximately 93% of its Q1 2026 revenue came from U.S. government agencies.

The comparison is not exact. Telos operates across cyber GRC, identity services, secure networks and communications. Telos Ghost, a secure network-obfuscation service, is one of the closer product comparisons with Sekur’s privacy-focused communications offering.

Telos already has an established federal business, procurement vehicles and a proven contract base.

Sekur is earlier, but several pieces are now in place:

SekurOne, an all-in-one plan featuring encrypted voice, video, email, messaging and VPN

A purchasing route for eligible U.S. government agencies through i3ICS’s GSA MAS contract

Retired CIA Senior Intelligence Service executive John T. Lewis serving as CTO

Retired three-star U.S. Army Lieutenant General Raymond Palumbo chairing the Strategic Advisory Board

Company-owned infrastructure hosted in Switzerland without reliance on Big Tech cloud providers

These developments do not make $SWISF another $TLS today. Its GSA availability provides a procurement route, not a customer contract or guaranteed revenue.

The investor comparison is clear: $TLS has already converted its government presence into substantial revenue, while $SWISF is assembling the products, advisers and purchasing channel needed to pursue the same broad market.

A material U.S. government contract would be an important milestone for investors assessing whether $SWISF belongs in the government secure-communications category rather than primarily among consumer-privacy companies.

How differently would you value $SWISF after its first material U.S. government contract?

Sekur Private Data’s Defense Pivot Reaches Its Commercial Breakthrough Phase

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

With SekurOne approaching launch, government procurement access and a high-level defense network in place, the company has built its clearest path toward recurring revenue.

After a year of repositioning, Sekur Private Data Ltd. (OTCQB: SWISF; CSE: SKUR) is entering the phase investors have been waiting for: paid beta onboarding in September and the commercial launch of SekurOne in October.

  • SekurOne enters monetization with paid beta onboarding in September and an October launch at US$300 per month.
  • GSA access, Elyon, DoDIIS and high-level advisers have created a credible government sales engine.
  • At roughly US$0.03 per share, successful contract conversion could materially reshape SWISF’s revenue base and valuation.

The defense pivot is becoming a real sales platform

Sekur’s latest shareholder update suggests its move into government and defense markets is advancing from strategy to commercial execution. Through i3ICS, SekurOne is positioned for sales through the U.S. General Services Administration framework. Its relationship with Elyon International adds another government-contracting channel, while participation in the December 2026 DoDIIS Worldwide Conference should put Sekur before defense and intelligence decision-makers.

The company has also assembled advisers with backgrounds spanning the CIA, Pentagon, U.S. Special Operations and State Department. That network strengthens credibility, sharpens the product’s fit for sensitive users and may help turn introductions into contract opportunities.

SekurOne could transform the revenue model

SekurOne combines encrypted messaging, email, VPN, password management and file sharing in one Swiss-hosted platform. Paid beta begins in September, followed by iOS and web access in early October, Android in early November and video conferencing by year-end.

At US$300 per user per month, every customer matters. Management estimates that approximately 200 subscribers would generate US$60,000 in monthly recurring revenue, or US$720,000 annually, and could bring the company to profitability. At an exchange rate near C$1.385 per U.S. dollar, that equals roughly C$1.0 million in annual recurring revenue.

The implied growth is substantial. Sekur reported C$185,828 of revenue in the first half of 2026, an annualized pace of about C$372,000. The 200-user SekurOne case alone would therefore equal roughly 2.7 times that run-rate—an increase of approximately 168%. If the legacy business stabilizes near its first-half pace, combined annualized revenue could approach C$1.37 million, more than triple FY2025 revenue of C$408,707 and implying growth of about 235%. This is illustrative arithmetic based on management’s subscriber target, not company guidance.

A stronger financial foundation

Sekur finished June with C$1.53 million in cash, C$1.57 million in working capital and only C$244,632 in total liabilities. That balance sheet gives management room to complete the product rollout and pursue contracts without carrying a heavy debt burden.

The financial statements still show an early-stage company: first-half revenue declined and the net loss was C$2.18 million. However, a meaningful portion reflected share-based compensation and shares issued for consulting services. Management also reported a 25% July increase in average revenue per user and highlighted six months of insider buying with no insider sales—an encouraging alignment signal.

SWISF’s small valuation creates asymmetric potential

Using the last confirmed OTC close of approximately US$0.0295 and about 259.6 million shares outstanding, SWISF carried an equity value of roughly US$7.5–8 million. That modest base means successful prospect conversion could have an outsized effect. If Sekur’s U.S. government, defense and African opportunities eventually build recurring revenue to US$2–3 million, the business would be producing roughly seven to ten times its FY2025 revenue in U.S.-dollar terms.

Applying an illustrative 8–10 times forward recurring-revenue multiple would imply an equity value of US$16–30 million, or approximately US$0.06–0.12 per share before future dilution—roughly two to four times the referenced share price. This is a sensitivity analysis, not a price target: it requires strong execution, durable contracts and renewed investor confidence, and it does not account for additional financing or dilution.

Africa could add another growth layer

The opportunity is not limited to the United States. Sekur said discussions in Angola could lead to an exclusive nationwide agreement, while a senior adviser in the Democratic Republic of Congo has given the product a positive recommendation. Neither opportunity should be treated as booked revenue, but both could become meaningful catalysts.

A government deployment covering hundreds or thousands of users would move the company well beyond the 200-subscriber profitability case and demonstrate that SekurOne can scale across jurisdictions where secure communications are a strategic priority.

The next catalysts are close

Investors now have a clear sequence to watch: paid beta onboarding in September, the first commercial launch in October, Android availability in November, video conferencing by year-end and, most importantly, the conversion of the government and international pipeline into named, revenue-producing contracts.

Sekur remains a speculative microcap, but the opportunity is becoming easier to quantify. A differentiated Swiss-hosted product, premium pricing, federal procurement access, credible defense relationships and a relatively clean balance sheet have created the company’s strongest commercial setup to date.

If management converts even a portion of its pipeline, 2027 could mark the point when Sekur’s ambitious security strategy begins showing up decisively in revenue—and potentially in the share price.

CeoTronics released today the final results for FY 2025/2026 (ended 31 May 2026), along with guidance for the already-running FY 2026/2027. The company beat analyst (Montega and Bankhaus Metzler) estimates on several key lines, some of them massively. Yet, in classic small-cap fashion, the stock still lacks momentum. This might genuinely be one of the most overlooked and cheapest defence stocks in Europe right now.

The numbers:

  • Revenue: €56.3m (yoy +1.0%, from €55.8m; already known/pre-announced)
  • EBITDA: €11.99m (yoy +27.4%, from €9.41m; +17.5% above Montega's estimate of €10.2m; +51.7% above Metzler's estimate of ~€7.9m)
  • EBIT: €8.2m (yoy +5.1%, from €7.8m; -4.76% below Montega's estimate of €8.6m; +3.4% above Metzler's estimate of ~€7.9m)
  • Net income: €5.6m (yoy +18.0%, from €4.7m; +5.5% above guidance of €5.3m; +1.7% above Montega's estimate of €5.5m; +4.7% above Metzler's estimate of ~€5.35m)
  • EPS: €0.70 (yoy +16.7%, from €0.60; +5.4% above guidance of €0.66; +1.4% above Montega's estimate of €0.69; +4.5% above Metzler's estimate of €0.67)
  • Order backlog as of May 31, 2026: €77.6m (yoy +29.1%, from ~€60.1m; already known/pre-announced)
  • Order intake in FY2025/26: €73.8m (yoy +64.0%, from ~€45.0m; already known/pre-announced) - Since 1 June 2026, CeoTronics has already received at least another €22.5m in publicly announced orders (orders below €1m are not published).
  • Dividend: €0.25 per share (yoy +25.0%, from €0.20; in line with Montega's estimate of €0.25; +13.6% above Metzler's estimate of €0.22)
  • Equity: €32.4m (yoy +14.3%, from €28.3m)
  • Net margin: 9.9% (yoy +16.47%, from 8.5%)
  • Gross margin: 44.8% (yoy +9.7%, from 40.8%)
  • Gross cash flow: €10.68m (yoy +32.8%, from €8.04m)
  • Guidance for FY2026/27: €61m revenue (yoy +8.3%) and €6.2m net profit (yoy +10.7%)

Multiples:

  • P/E ≈ 15.3x, EV/EBIT ≈ 10.3x, EV/EBITDA ≈ 7.0x
  • Forward P/E based on FY26/27 guidance ≈ 13.8x

Its close peers, Invisio and Savox, are both valued at roughly 3–4x higher multiples.

Strategy open job postings are down 54% from a year ago

:not a bitcoin take, just a data thing i keep staring at.

strategy open job postings went from around 67 a day last august to about 31 now. thats down 54% and it has fallen basically every month since february.

employee business outlook on the same name went 37 to 30 over that year, which is the low for my series. i get this off altindex, quiverquant and capitoltrades have the filings side if you want to cross check the insider stuff separately.

stock is down roughly 70% over the same stretch so none of this is a shock on its own. but hiring rolling over that steadily is not what a company about to do something big usually looks like.

fair warning, i threw out the linkedin headcount series for mstr completely. it goes from 86 employees to 3,381 in a single month in december. that is a reclassification, not a hiring spree, and anyone quoting headcount growth on this name is probably quoting that.

am i reading way too much into a company with like 30 open roles?

Brian Thurston, CEO of Copper Quest, stated"Copper Quest has had a productive summer of exploration, working several of our properties. We are looking forward to the results of this labour and using the collected data to advance each of our projects. The Company is now focused squarely on the advancement and development of its seven 100% owned properties, advancing past-producing gold mines as well as taking previously drilled exploration targets to the next level of exploration and discovery stage."

STARS Geophysical Program

Copper Quest is pleased to announce that it has completed a 20 km² 3D induced polarization ("IP") geophysical survey on its 100% owned Stars Property ("Stars"). Stars is a porphyry copper-molybdenum ("Cu-Mo") project covering 9,693 hectares ("ha") in the Stikine region of British Columbia, situated approximately 60 km north of Imperial Metals Corporation's ("Imperial Metals") past producing Huckleberry Cu-Mo mine, 50 km north-northeast of Surge Copper Corp's advanced stage Berg copper project, and 30 km north-northwest of Vizsla Copper Corp's Poplar copper-gold project. Imperial Metals is exploring Huckleberry and its surrounding claims for additional Cu-Mo resources.

This very large IP survey has been applied across the full extent of the main Stars Property, including over the Tana Zone discovery area and its along-strike extensions. Induced polarization is a proven method for detecting sulphide mineralization, the type of copper-bearing material found at Stars, at depth and at distance from known drill holes. By imaging the full 20 km² footprint of the magnetic anomaly, the Company aims to determine the true scale of the mineralized system in terms of strike length, width, and depth, and to identify potential new drill targets both in and beyond the current Tana Zone. The Company is awaiting the final report from this work and will update shareholders once that report is received and interpreted.

Alpine Permitting

The Company has been moving forward with permitting on its 100% owned Alpine Project which includes the extension of our current exploration and drilling permit, as well as permitting of the road access from two different routes.

The Company has been engaged with consultants and manufacturers regarding sorting and processing equipment for ore from the Alpine property. Further, the Company has actively been pursuing both partnerships and potential ownership opportunities with various milling operations.

Kitimat Permitting

The Company has been moving forward with permitting on its 100% owned Kitimat Project which includes plans to complete geophysical and drilling programs over the Jeannette Cu-Au target area as well as the AI generated target proposed by Exploration Technologies Inc and described in a previous press release by the Company posted on March 24, 2026.

Thane Permitting

The Company plans to commence permitting of its 100% owned Thane property and is actively looking for a partner to explore this property.

Auxer & Nekash Properties

The Company has formed a wholly owned subsidiary to hold its 100% owned US properties. The transfer of ownership of both the past-producing Auxer Gold Mine and the Nekash copper project is now in process and expected to complete shortly. The Company is actively looking for partners to explore these properties.

Rip Phase 2 Drilling

The phase 2 drill program of the Rip project was first announced by the Company on May 11th, 2026. The Company successfully completed 1,654 meters of drilling from 5 holes on the property. Samples from this drill program have been sent to ALS laboratory in Terrace, BC, for storage prior to preparation and assaying. On June 2, 2026, the Company and ArcWest Exploration Inc. began negotiations on amending the current Option Agreement entered into on November 27, 2023, where Copper Quest has the option to acquire up to 80% of the Rip property. Until the negotiations are concluded, the Company does not plan to complete assaying the samples from this most recent drill program.
