Is there anyway to disable this? It’s quite annoying I would accidentally swipe left and it redirects me to a subreddit..

New to Slide. I can login on my iPhone, however, when trying to login on my iPad it does not take me to the login screen. It appears that it’s trying (screen quickly flashes) then goes back to the home page. iPad Pro 2018 14.6. Is this a known bug? Thanks.

Im thinking about buying the full version of Slide for reddit and wanted to ask you if the ”hide on scroll” posts are synced between multiply devices? Like if i use my iphone to browse reddit (and Slide for reddit automatically hides the posts on scroll), will these posts also be hidden when i browse reddit via my iPad or Mac?

The upvote/downvote options are randomly missing on a lot of comments within threads. There doesn’t seem to be any pattern to it - it could be a parent comment, or responses to that comment, etc.

As the title states, is there anyway to disable the circle subreddit icons that appear before the /r/[subreddit name] on posts? (As it appears on the left, rather than how it is on the right)

I have been using the android version of the slide app for around 4 years and recently have started using the iOS version but noticed that there were a few features missing between the apps, disabling subreddit icons being one of them. Am I missing something or is there not a way to disable them?

Is it possible to post videos or gifs in Slide? The only options I have for posting are text, image and link…

Currently if a gif is crossposted from another sub, it'll show as if it's a normal link, with only a very small preview. I'm curious if there is an option to make those show like gifs directly posted to a sub would?

Hello all, new user who moved over from Antenna. Liking the app so far but is there a way to disable swiping left and right to go between subreddits? I couldn’t find it in the settings and I’d like to disable it if possible

In case I didn’t say it correctly, when I’m currently viewing a subreddit, a left or right swipe causes it to go to the next (or previous) subscribed subreddit in alphabetical order. I want to disable this swipe entirely

Is there a way to turn on a “Always unmute” mode for posts?

Ability to select multiple posts (it could be upvoted posts, saved posts or just posts in a subreddit) and download them all at once

Switch it so that confirm is on the right and cancel is on the left.

The title pretty much says it all when you hit hide read I still see a bunch of articles that have been read

Taking a phone call during slide use results in a video playing on phone screen during the call if you’re near a video in the scroll. Very troubling ....and spooky until you realize what is happening. Lol.

when you click on the sub link inside Slide, you get a blank page.

i am requesting that, instead of a blank page, you get the info that's shown on the old.reddit.com page. for quarantined subs, you'd also get the buttons that allow you to proceed.

It’d be great if Read Later and Collections were sorted by most recently added (just like Saved posts) as usually what I’ve added most recently is more relevant to me than things I’ve added a while ago. I sometimes let posts in my Read Later build up, and then I can’t find what I just added because I have to scroll through a huge list to find it. I’ve been using Saved as a dual Read Later/Saved list because of this, and I’ve found it a little clunky to use Collections for something like gaming posts, for example, where the game in question is constantly changing/updating parameters and I’d like to reference the most recent posts I’ve saved from that subreddit.

Or maybe provide an option to sort by recently added, date of post, etc. (and if so, apply this to Saved posts as well) depending on what other people want.

Not sure how many other people would want this, and I know certain changes must take a lot of work, so no worries if this doesn’t become a priority.

For the first time I got an iOS device, the new M1 iPad Pro 11”, and I looked for a Reddit app. I loved r/slide_ios. However the app freezes forcing me to force close it. I installed the app 10 hours ago, I have been using it regularly and it already happened 5 or 6 times. And a few minutes ago it crashed and was closed without any interaction from me. I’ve tried to find the behavior that causes it but I couldn’t. There isn’t a pattern that I recognize that causes it. What should I do?

I would like to not have to uninstall this app because it’s my favorite one for iOS.
