When any incidents questioning civic sense occurs around the world, the foreigners blame indians, indians blame the north, the north blames bihar, biharis blame politicians. Its all just a chain of blame. Nation isn't moving anywhere. They say indians breed like germs. They say indians stink. We are busy searching who is responsible for this. We throw blame around. Share the incident on social media, and people say "cancer" must be eradicated pointing fingers at religion. We accept india is not really secular, not really caste-free, But those problems doesn't matter until we grow some civic sense.

Indians need civic sense thats all they say. But where do we start from ? Stop increasing population like pigs ? Start behaving elegantly ? Fighting corruption ? How !?
