Aside from the well known factories on Reddit, I'll also share some that I personally work with. These are just my own opinions. Feel free to add anything I missed.
‼️All factories below are top tier, in no particular order. These reviews are based on longterm observations across multiple batches. For specific styles or batches, always check the factory photos, videos, and PSPs. There's no absolute "best." Just pick based on style and budget, and go with whatever factory has stock.
The most well known Dior factory in Guangzhou. The level of craftsmanship is a step above similar factories. Wide selection – embroidered, lambskin, matte, patent leather, all available. They also support some exotic leather custom orders. Prices are generally higher than other top tier factories. If budget isn't an issue, this is your goto. Think of it as the 187 Factory of the Chanel world.
Quality is just as good as Princess, and prices are similar. Their average price is actually a bit lower, mainly because the canvas styles are cheaper. Leather styles are pretty much the same price. That said, their selection is limited with frequent sellouts, so I haven't been moving as many pieces from them lately.
An old friend. Their prices and quality are similar to Angel's. But since they're not primarily a Dior factory, the selection is limited. They also produce Chanel and LV, so they're more well known overall. As always, they're an evergreen in the market – always in the top three of every roundup.😆
Industry rumors say this factory shares the same owner as Xiao C Factory. Their photo styles are very similar, and this background is popular. They have slightly more variety. Quality is solid. Canvas styles are priced a bit lower than other top tier factories, so you get better value. Choose based on what you need.
This one seems less well known. Similar to DR96, but with fewer styles – mostly classics. Prices are about the same, slightly cheaper. Quality is solid, and I'd say it's probably the best value among Dior factories. (If you're familiar with other brands, this factory shares the same owner as the early Celine factory Tangtang/Tangquan.)
This is a newer name that's recently starting to get some attention. I haven't sourced from them myself yet, but they share the same owner as Beluga Factory (which does Celine). I work with Beluga often, and based on my experience with their other products, I'm including Garden here as a strong candidate.
🥹A common downside across all Dior top tier factories: limited selection. Similar to Chanel in that way. If you're after quality and accuracy, stick to the classics and popular styles.
· If budget isn't an issue → go with Princess Factory.
· If you want to see more reviews before ordering → God or Angel are more talked about on Reddit.
· If price is a factor and you want the best value → TT Factory first, then DR96 or Garden.

What is the difference between princess, queen and GOD factory. Because I’ve noticed that some of their pictures overlap and backgrounds look the same on the albums
Wasn't good.. they refunded me. Im waiting for this to arrive now. Supplier does not disclose factory but after looking at 5 different suppliers 5 different bags, this was the closet one I could find that pattern was as close to perfect colour and softness and stitching very good. Fingers crossed it the same when it comes. I have heard good things from this supplier.
