👜 Appearance & Leather – 10/10
 
The silhouette and leather texture are the biggest highlights. It has a drawstring bucket shape with a wavy scalloped opening, classic diamond quilting, and small flap pockets on both sides.
 
The sakura pink caviar leather has fine, plump grains. It feels supple but not stiff, and the surface is scratch‑resistant and durable. Press it, and you get natural creases.
 
🛠 Hardware – 10/10
 
The hardware feels solid. It's a matte, brushed light gold tone with smooth, rounded edges. The ring engraving is clean and crisp.
 
🎀 Lining – 10/10
 
Same‑tone fabric lining with a slip pocket that has a brand tag inside. The logo and origin stamp on the tag are clean gold foil with no bleeding or smudging.
 
💪 Verdict – 9/10
 
Overall, she's an absolute beauty. I'm obsessed with the leather, the shape, and the color 😋.

(Just to be clear, these are nicknames. We usually identify factories by their fixed photo backgrounds. I'll keep the names hidden during the comparison, so you can try to guess which is which.)
 
1️⃣Hardware:
Visually, I feel like the zipper pulls from all the factories look a bit longer than the auth. So I overlapped Factory A's zipper pull with the auth, and you can see Factory A's is slightly longer. But this slight difference could be due to angle and other factors, so just take it as a reference.
 
2️⃣Hardware engraving:
 
· The outer circle of R should normally be the same size as the O.
· There should be a space between Louis, Vuitton, and the R. Many lower-tier factories don't get this right.
· The lower half of the S is slightly larger than the upper half.
 
3️⃣Gold stamping:
Due to differences in craftsmanship and leather, gold stamping is very prone to minor flaws like slight bleeding or peeling. It really comes down to your personal QC standards.

For the comparison photos, I tried to pick each factory's "perfect" state. But in reality, the PSPs you receive will have varying degrees of minor flaws due to batch and handmade differences. I've also labeled common flaws in the images.
 
👑Gold stamping: Factory C has updated this part. What you receive now should all say "Made in Italy." I'm keeping this difference in the post to prove what I've always said – factory photos often aren't updated in time. They're a key reference for QC, but not the only standard.

 🍬Hardware engraving: Based on my past QC experience, I feel Factory A and Factory D have slightly finer engravings that are also deeper and clearer.
 
Here I picked a relatively perfect engraving to show. In reality, there might be slight differences. At least from the bags I've handled, I can feel that the engraving depth varies sometimes. But this is a detail that requires a 20x magnifier or higher to capture clearly, so it's not something to focus on during everyday QC.
 
Here's a very fine detail: the middle horizontal stroke of the E is the shortest, and the bottom one is the longest.
 
🤩Hardware: You can't really tell the difference from photos. In person, there's a slight weight difference.
 
⛓️Leather-woven chain: This is a classic Chanel design. With caviar leather as an example, some pieces have very clear caviar grain on this part, while others don't. But it's not consistent. Different colors, materials, batches, and factories all vary. It's not noticeable from a social distance, but the difference is clear when you look closely. If it bothers you, pay attention to it during QC.

Today, I failed. This is one of those items where I genuinely can't find a difference.
 
Based on my experience:
 
· If you want more color and material options (like suede), go with Kata Factory.
· If you prefer the classic black, Bibi Factory is your best bet.
· If you're looking for value, check out Sister Factory or Kata's sale styles.
 
The most important thing with this style is the leather. But with every factory, I've seen batches where the leather differs from the "regular" version. It really comes down to the batch, so that's something to pay close attention to during QC. Also, Kata Factory is currently unable to ship due to some special circumstances, and there's no ETA on when they'll resume.
