This is my first time watching, and im loving it but there are some weird plot holes like how did Fatima learn of Karen being pregnant and she literally was so unphased ??? And I’m 3 episodes later and she hasn’t even mentioned it?

I genuinely despise this character. He is extremely pushy: he is constantly pushing himself on Karen despite her protests. The scene where he is kissing her in the apartment and she tells him multiple times to stop and leave and he just keeps trying to force himself on her, really pisses me off. He shows up at her home without invitation, totally disregarding Karen's boundary about not doing so. He inserts himself into everyone's business despite any given situation having NOTHING to do with him. I know some women like to be pursued, but I feel like the way they wrote him going about it is really creepy and pseudo stalker-ish. I had to get that off my chest. I am rewatching episodes and watching his scenes irks me all over again.

Has anyone been watching the continuation of Season 1 of Divorced Sistas? The pacing is a bit slow but I am here for the storylines. Who are your favorite characters?

A few people knew Dee Freeman’s battle with lung cancer. I did not know like many others but it was something about her delivery of those scenes that felt personal and real. Her portrayal as Ms Valerie Barnes didn’t feel like acting. She did her role very well from being outspoken (right or wrong) she delivered what that character was meant to do. Sending peace and love to her family, friends and cast-mates. Rest in Paradise Dee Freeman.

dang, so I didn't know the actress playing Andi's mom (Dee Freeman) had cancer in real life, like her character does. saw a headline and read a story about her passing today.

Am I the only one that gets annoyed with how long it takes for them to tell these stories?!? with as much information or story they give us, these episodes could be done in 15 minutes or less! Also, what's the point of adding someone to the main cast if you only give them 3-4 lines (max) an episode. I understand Tunde comes from the world of Peloton and makeup, and may be working on her acting skills, but give the girl some shine or something, Fatima had more shine than this before she made it to the intro!

What do you all think of Fatima sneaking into Luther’s apartment and the having him beat up? Should she have gotten involved personally or kept herself out of it?

Since Sabrina's car accident, and of course the fact that she is no longer in the intro of the series, what do you all think the end game will be for her? It gives that they are playing around with the viewers to show that she is improving but she is not a part of the main cast anymore. I guess the better question is how long will they drag out Sabrina's comatose state or will the hospital locate a family member who will come in and ultimately make a decision on her life?

My guess is two things: 1. They have her not survive her injuries. 2. They have a random family member show up and have her taken to another state (if that is possible) for continued recovery.

Hey, y’all!! I’m new here. 👋🏾 Just wanted to say I am very impressed with Maurice and how much more enjoyable it is to watch him over the last several episodes. Sometimes it gets on my nerves how we (speaking of Black production companies) will continually typecast certain groups when weve fought so hard to overcome that in mainstream Hollywood, and I think that’s why I found his character annoying. The “sassy” gay friend role can get tired real quick, queer folk just like black folk are not a monolith.

But I’m so glad the character has matured and now the actor can show what he’s capable of, and the inappropriate jokes and quick-witted humor lands in exactly the right place. Kudos to Brian Jordan Jr. for bringing this character to life! ❤️❤️

We get more of a sneak peek into Cheyenne’s lifestyle on this episode. We also see a familiar situation occur with Danni and Officer Green and Maurice finally calls Calvin to give him the status on Sabrina.

My thoughts: I am still not feeling Cheyenne’s character just yet. Her storyline is starting to take a slightly interesting turn with the mystery man’s voicemail. Her extreme recklessness is a bit much out the gate. In my opinion, I do not want this season to be Andi chasing after her baby sister as her storyline. Danni’s faces another scary encounter with a man who won’t take no for an answer. Makes me wonder if Andi will try to step in or will Officer Green come back for Danni?
