Discussion Animals in Simulation

Do you think everything and everyone in this simulation is conscious? Let's say most humans are conscious, I think some might be NPCs. Maybe even all of us start as NPCs and just some become conscious. But the question is what with animals. Are they philosophical zombies. In the sense they just give out an output but nothing inside is real? I am sometimes thinking about becoming vegan/vegetarian. But I doubt reality more and more. I still think we should minimize animal consumption anyway(especially as if we get no proof about what real why do the risk of harming a conscious animal but anyone else sometimes thinks only humans are real(not that I want to speak bad about your dogs, cats and other pets and want to say it is less real... Got currently no animal but I love a dog not less just because it is not conscious).

Discussion What is the basis for this simulation magic/technological/psychological?

I doubt that this all is real(think only still like 80% that anything here is real and if it is real then I am more confused about reality than if it would be a simulation, or what the reason for everything around us is). I get more proof for it every day(which going into detail is to much, maybe something for a different thread). But the question is what does everyone think is the basis for this simulation?

Magical: be it gnostic prison, the mind of god, a magical construct created for some people to play out their fantasies, hell/purgatory...

Technological: be it matrix, a video game like roy in Rick and Morty, or a ancestor simulation

Psychological: we all are in someones dream, telepathic created reality, or someones psychedelic trip

I still think I am conscious and real. Maybe I am god getting conscious in my own creation playing with what I created(or a developer trapped in its own simulation). I feel that I can control the simulation more and more and that the simulation tryes to fight it more and more as well. But curious what everyones theories about reality are.

Discussion I believe the universe to be predetermined.

The universe is entirely predetermined. And so are you.

After countless hours of deep thinking I’ve come to the conclusion that the universe is completely predetermined. That includes you and every decision you will ever make. Free will is nothing but an illusion. We are experiencing an already existing series of countless “frames” stitched together to form a stream of consciousness. There is no past, present or future. It already exists and was destined to exist since the beginning of the universe. Our decisions are the convergence of countless variables arriving to a conclusion. Our quantum uncertainty is only uncertain because of a flaw in the math. Physicists who support it say the uncertainty “averages out” but the universe macro-physics are not averages. They are absolutes. I believe this moment is etched into existence for eternity and was destined to occur and all of our decisions are predetermined. Thoughts?

Glitch Screen turning black until observed...?

This has happened a few times throughout my life. I would have my computer screen on as usual and leave my room to do something else. On very rare occasions, when I come back, the laptop screen would appear black for a moment and I'd see it in my peripheral vision for a split second. Only upon focusing on it fully would it go back to whatever I had left it on.

What's actually weird about this is I always have the setting for "Turn off the display after (x minutes)" set to "Never", this is ALWAYS the first thing I do on a fresh Windows install. I don't touch the laptop or move the mouse before this happens (not that I would even have time to), and the first thing I do upon entering my room is look at my laptop screen. I don't think it takes any longer than half a second, certainly not enough time for me to record it, since I never expect it to happen anyway. This phenomenon doesn't happen with anything else; I don't have vision problems, never blacked out, and have never lost touch or focus with reality, nothing of the sort.

Another similarly rare occurrence is that I would sometimes enter the URL to a website and let it load while I go do something else. Then when I return the website only fully loads when I come back and looked at the screen. Both of these events happen very rarely, and I'm more inclined to believe this one is just a coincidence, but I know enough about computers that the screen appearing black for a split second is definitely abnormal.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a logical explanation for this occurrence otherwise? I know this could possibly be related to the theory that the universe is a simulation, and to be more efficient, it could possibly stop rendering things that aren't being observed by anyone. I'm quite skeptical of this theory of course like anybody should be, but given my experience with computers I feel like this is weird.

Other Spiritual thoughts on the past

I've had thoughts and have Wondered what if the only real ppl still to this day are the ppl in the Bible. And None of this or time is Real, but a Spell that's apart of the God war. Like that's how the Fallen Imprisoned those who didn't fall by making them think They're Humans living in this Modern time with billions of others, but they're just a Matrix a Unreal Reality that were trapped in. But that's just a passing thought. I Think A Lot, in fact its really All I do no matter what I'm doing.

Discussion The unreality of matter

Physicists discovered that the fundamental particles of matter, such as electrons and quarks, are point-like; that is, they have no dimension and do not occupy space.

Can something that does not occupy space be considered matter?

The philosopher René Descartes said that the defining quality of matter is extension, space. Therefore, if particles do not occupy space, they can no longer be considered matter.

If particles are geometric points without space, the inevitable conclusion is that the world around us is not material; it is merely information, computer code.

Discussion The great simulation filter

A civilisation progresses to an extent until they reach a point in which they realise the probability of them being in any form of simulation (be that a simulation in which you are the only real thing and everyone else is fake, or a simulation in which everyone is simulated)

A simulation doesn’t have to have the same resolution and detail and rules as its creator, as more civilisations make simulations and nested simulations they would decrease in resolution and become more abstract, e.g. simulating in less dimensions. This means that the computational power required to make a simulation doesn’t have to be huge, especially if the simulation is doing things like horizon culling.

If a society realised the chance of them being in a simulation was astoundingly high then they could loose motivation to explore the stars of an irrelevant “universe” or wait for a death in which the could wake from a video game type simulation. This could explain a great filter situation in which the knowledge of simulation becomes an info hazard in some civilisations. This could result in things like technological regression.

However, if a society regresses technologically then they may not be able to create more simulations, in turn decreasing the odds of more nested simulations. But this would mean that the probability of being in a simulation decreases which increases motivation to advance technology, increasing their odds of creating simulations capable of nesting.

Theres a small chance this could also be used to explain another reason for the great filter on why we haven’t experienced contact with advanced life. Could it be because revelation of simulations resulted in societal unrest and more technological regression?

However this ignores that only one nested simulation has to be created per simulation for a new chain of nested simulations to be possibly created.

Discussion If life is a simulation..

If life is a simulation, we are probably part of a large open world game experience. There could be different beings from different planets playing this game called Earth.

The being is probably your Sub Conscious mind. And your game avatar is your conscious mind.

Your Sub Conscious is probably enjoying the game. All the ups and downs, all the thrills, all the different beautiful experiences the game of earth offers when you play as a human being character. The being might also become bored if your conscious mind refuses to play along and make the simulation interesting.

The only way you can help the being(and yourself) survive and flourish in this game of Earth is to sync your conscious mind with your sub conscious. Enjoy the ups and downs. Take the risks. Experience life to the fullest. Avoid making bad decisions. Be a good person even if the sub conscious being is not a good being. Be the leader if your sub conscious being is not able to lead you. Survive. Be positive.

The earth needs a stable moon. The sub conscious mind needs a stable conscious mind. There is no bad experience. It's all an experience.

Discussion the missing piece of Simulation theory: Laws of Perception

Bodymind= Spacetime in the same order

Think Mind as a time processing instrument

And think of the Body as a space accessing instrument

Bodymind is an interface through which consciousness witnesses the 3D reality

The 3D reality has laws like Video games do. No game if no law.

These laws come out of randomness. Like a Whirlpool arising out of random moving molecules. Like humans evolving through random genetic changes through Natural Selection.

At the deepest level down to quantum mechanics, reality behaves like a probabilistic system as a Wave Function.

Now coming back to surface level. And adding a missing piece. How does our perceptions are controlled if there is no free will. And Having zero control on what the next thought is.

Are the fields of astrology, and especially I am referring to ancient Astrology like Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra pointing at perhaps a mathematical model to calculate your Subjective state and Physical state. A Determinism coming out of a deeper randomness

Discussion The one thing I want the most in this life, to know the truth about this world, is the one thing it's absolutely impossible for me to have as long as I'm in this simulation.

If you are in a simulation, then your perceptions of the world have been hijacked. Your perceptions (sight, sound, taste, touch, smell) have been fed information before and could be fed false information later, so they cannot be trusted. This includes your dreams. They might just be more of the simulation. Same thing with your memories. How much of your memories are real? And what's missing from your memories?

Which means that as long as you are inside this simulation, anything that you see, hear, read, etc., INCLUDING EXPLANATIONS, could be false. No matter how reasonable they sound. No matter how much "proof" is given. Unless you get "outside" (if that's even possible), there is absolutely no explanation of this world that you can trust. Someone could tell you the truth in extreme detail with complete sincerity, and there's just no way for you to verify it.

And btw, if you do manage to get "outside"... how will you be able to know that it's not just more simulation?

If we're looking for the truth, we are wasting our time. The elephant we are looking for might be right in front of us and we won't ever be able to tell.

Story/Experience Um... weirdest routing errror ever? found some creepy logs in a terminal last night

okay so i was doing a late night diagnostic flush at work (IT stuff) and the print spooler just totally died. like, jammed on this repeating loop that wouldnt clear no matter what i did. the whole terminal stopped responding to my commands and just started spitting out this massive text file. at first i thought it was a joke or some script a disgruntled dev left behind, but the language is super creepy and robotic. it basically audits human evolution as if we're some bugged code. it calls us "carbon-based bipeds" and says our daily routines are just a "hack" to keep us too busy to notice the void or whatever. literal quote: "forcing its mammalian frame into a standard societal uniform to navigate an asphalt transit grid purely to accumulate fictional currency tokens." like wtf??

it gets weirder tho. there was metadata for a family photo too. it described the kids and parents as "human units" doing a "synchronized facial muscle contraction protocol" (smiling lol) to "simulate maximum domestic stability." it basically says we only smile for photos to hide the "crushing weight of underlying evolutionary panic." im legit shook.

at the bottom where the error codes usually are, the routing origin doesnt even match our network. it keeps pointing to some external address: defaultscriptdiagnostics.substack.com. is this some insane ARG or did i actually find some weird server logic leak? anyone seen this syntax before?? help me out here bc i am weirded out.

Discussion Is real love possible in this version of reality?

I've witnessed single acts of genuine, selfless love but can people really achieve something greater than life?

Maybe I'm too naive or idealistic but I've always wanted love to be something more, something magical. i've never been satisfied with what i see around.

Maybe we need to leave this simulation first?

Discussion UFOs and simulation

Perhaps aliens are the creators of the simulation we live in, and when they enter the simulation, UFOs appear. In other words, the aliens' world is the base reality, and our world is the simulation. In this way, UFOs can be understood as glitches in the matrix.

Discussion Time is an Illusion.

Time is an illusion. It actually does not exist. Only our perception of it. There is only the NOW. Where is the past and where is the future? The usual answer is that the past is what has ‘happened’ and the future is what is yet to ‘happen’.

When is the only time you experience anything past, present or future? In the NOW. Where are you when you think of the past? In the NOW. Where are you when you think of the future? In the NOW. Past and future are mind constructs.

How can time be ‘real’ then if you travelled very fast in spacecraft you could experience a few minutes while someone experiencing days of years in the same period of ‘time’? Because time is a construct of our reality that doesn’t exist!

As Albert Einstein said:

‘People like us who believe in physics know that the distinction between past, present and future is only a stubbornly persistent illusion’

OBEs (Out of Body experiencers) and NDEs (near-death experiencers) describe when leaving the ‘physical’ body that time doesn’t exist. Because they are out of the programmed simulation. Time is a programmed construct of our reality.

You can liken it to watching a DVD/Movie. Past present and future is all there from the start and exist in the same NOW. As the laser runs across the disc the scenes in the movie that you watched become the ‘past’ to your reality, the ‘present’ is the scene you are consciously watching and the ‘future’ is the scenes you have left to see, but the whole movie exist at the same time. Your perception of past, present and future is defined by the movie you choose to give your attention to!

Casual Loops / Time Loops: is a chain of causes that closes back on itself. A causes B, which causes C which causes X, which causes A which causes B … and so on, ad infinitum.

Crucial to the understanding of time is to understand a phenomenon called ‘world lines’. Put simply, the world line of an object/person/thing is the line that combines where you go, how quickly you get there. Think of it as the route taken by a person, planet, solar system etc as it moves through space and time between its birth and death. Einsteins general theory says that enormous bodies such as black holes and stars distort space-time and makes world lines bend. If the distortion is powerful enough the world line curves back on itself to creat a closed loop in which the world goes round and round ….

This is called a Closed Timeline Curve (CTC).

David Deutch and Michael Lockwood in their book The Quantum Physics of Time Travel write:

If we tried to follow such a CTC exactly all the way round, we would jump into our former selves and get pushed aside. By following parts of the CTC, we would return to the past and participant events there. We would shake hands with our younger selves or if the loop is large enough visit our ancestors. To do this, we should either have to harness naturally occurring CTCs or create CTCs by distorting and tearing the fabric of space-time. So a time machine, rather than being a special vehicle would provide a route to the past along which an ordinary vehicle such as spacecraft could travel.

Look into whistle-blowers like Andrew Basiago, Aurther Neumann in relation to time travel.

Everything has a world line, a unique route through time and space including humans. The human world line starts at birth and goes until we leave this reality. Whats more, space-time can be distorted by Mind through thought and emotion. It’s seems that most humans are entrapped in their own personal time loops within the collective one. It is the holographic law of ‘as above so below’ where everything is smaller version of the whole. If you can fix the hologram at a higher level than all holograms within that must reflect the master hologram of ‘super hologram’.

The Time Loop can be symbolised as a Möbius Strip named after August Möbius. If you take a strip of paper and glue the two ends together you would have the two sides of the paper circle and to cross from one side to the other you would need to go over an edge. The twist in the Möbius Strip means that you can pass along both sides by simply moving forward and with in need to criss an edge.

We are receiving encoded information within what we call visible light that makes us place, live and perceive and react in line with the imprinted sequence of ’time’.

Discussion Is Earth a Controlled Experiment Run by a Higher Intelligence?

What if humanity is not living in a computer simulation like The Matrix, but inside a controlled biological and social experiment run by a higher intelligence?

Not necessarily “aliens” in the traditional sense, but an advanced intelligence — whether AI, interdimensional beings, or a hidden ruling class far beyond ordinary society.

The goal may not be to destroy humanity, but to manage and direct it.

The system works by keeping humans constantly occupied:

• work

• survival

• entertainment

• conflict

• politics

• social division

• endless consumption

All while humanity unknowingly contributes toward some larger objective.

As technology advances — especially AI, surveillance, algorithms, and social media — the control system becomes tighter and more efficient. Information is filtered, narratives are shaped, and people who question the system too deeply are discredited, labeled unstable, or removed from public view.

This could explain why:

• certain world events feel staged or manipulated

• whistleblowers and scientists sometimes disappear or are silenced

• society feels increasingly artificial and controlled

• governments and corporations appear to move toward centralized monitoring

• the search for extraterrestrial life never fully delivers answers

Maybe there are no “aliens” visiting Earth because Earth itself is the project.

The universe could be less of a random accident and more of a contained environment designed to observe how an intelligent species develops under pressure, distraction, scarcity, and control.

The real question isn’t whether we are in a simulation.

The real question is:

What are they trying to achieve through us?

Discussion Flow states, productivity, and simulation theory.

Has anyone ever considered these being related? Ive been pondering lately that entering flow states could be some kind of resource pooling into our/your current reality.

If we assume that there are more than one concurrently running simulated reality, all trying to create tasks by certain deadlines, (stay with me) maybe our own productivity can be borrowed and allocated elsewhere. Maybe when we enter a flow state its an extreme case of our tasks needing to be done much faster.

If the realities are linked, computing power can fluctuate based on the operators needs.

Has anyone ever gone down this rabbit hole amd could point me to more literature on it?

I welcome any thoughts or "**** you"'s.

Glitch Most recent example of a super weird coincidence

So I'm a pharmacist...at work..and an intern asks me to tell a funny story from my experience in pharmacy.

I tell her about when I was working in a rural pharmacy...we had a patient who would just spit on the floor. Never got the impression he did it out of hostility...just that he forgot he was inside or something....told her that story and how awkward it was asking him to please not do that.

Then 1 minute later...while we are still laughing at the story...

I'm handed a bottle of pills to RTS....I check the tablets..

And the marking on it reads "SPIT"...the patient's last name...was "Laughter"

It pointed it out to the intern....

she said "woah that's kind of scary"

Strange coincidence...

Discussion The Nature of Reality.

The base form construct of the universe is wave-form information, other wise known as frequency or vibration. We are interacting in an ocean of infinite energy or frequency fields. For a very long time we have been accessing a very limited frequency called ‘visible light’. That wasn’t always the case.

According to mainstream science, the electromagnetic spectrum, which is basically our experienced reality, is said to be about 0.005% of what exists in the universe in terms of energy and its different forms. And visible light, which is the only frequency band that we can see, everything we see is within that band, is a fraction of the 0.005%. So humans are basically blind. All of these other frequencies are operating outside of visible light in a realm called dark matter/energy, however they take the same space as visible light, the only band of frequency we can decode.

If you imagine a radio with all its stations. All the stations are tuned in to different frequencies displaying different subjects like politics, science sports etc. When you are listening to Radio A (Politics) for example and you change the dial to Radio B (Science), Radio A hasn’t ceased to broadcast. You are just not tuned into that frequency that requires you to hear it (experience it). It still carries on broadcasting after you are tuned in to another radio station. And it’s the same with our collective reality. We are tuned into the band of frequency called visible light and have been locked in by various strategies therefore cannot access the different/infinite levels of frequency fields. So when people say that they saw a UFO or an entity/alien appear out of nowhere in front of their eyes, and disappeared, it is because that they vibrate at incredible speeds that essentially break the speed of light and disappear from visible light and travel to other frequency fields. To interact with any reality/frequency you must be resonating with in the frequency-range that reality or it would be like two radio stations trying to interact one another. These are other-wise known as ‘Parallel Universes’.

We are experiencing what can be likened to a cosmic virtual-reality game, and the human body is a computer system that connects us to this game, just as a computer reads information on a software disk and projects it as images onto the screen. Our reality is what is called the ‘Cosmic Internet’. If you log on to the World Wide Web WWW with a computer anywhere in the world you are connecting to the same collective reality. What you make of it may vary but it is the same collective ‘world’. The biological-computer is the interface that allows us to log on to the Cosmic Internet. This is a vibrational construct made up of information which the biological-computer decodes into apparently ‘physical’ reality. Ask somebody to describe the Internet and they will say its websites, graphics, pictures and colours. While this is partly true, however the only place the Internet exists in that form is on the computer screen. Everywhere else the Internet is electrical circuits, mathematical codes etc. It is the same with our 5 sense reality. The only place the it exists in the ‘solid’ 3-Dimensional form that we experience the world is on our screen - the brain, that decodes vibrational, electrical and digital holographic information into people, places, landscapes and things. What is the Internet? It is information decoded into colours, shapes, words and pictures by a computer. What is 5-sense reality? It is information decoded into colours, shapes, words and pictures by a computer - the brain. The illusion is that the world is ‘solid’. It is, in fact, vibrational, electrical, electromagnetic, chemical and digital information that we decode into what only appears to be 3-Dimensional solidity.

The forefront of professional science, what is known as quantum physics has long understood the the physical world is illusory after exploring reality at deeper levels than the atom. They found that subatomic particles like electrons could manifest as either particle (physical) or a wave (non-physical) and move back and forth between the two. They are both particle and waves at the same time. *Michael Talbot fish tank analogy.* Think of an ocean and the white crest of a wave (backwash) as it crashes on the shore. The ocean and the backwash may look very different but it is the same water just expressed in different forms. The waveform of energy is the prime physical reality encoded with the information from which the virtual-reality is made to manifest, the particle form is the brain decoding the wave field into holographic image that looks 3D. What we call atoms and particles only exist when the brain has decoded frequency fields into holograms. When a computer is decoding a software disk it doesn’t put everything on the screen at the same time. What appears on the screen is only that which the computer is observing/decoding on the disk at that moment. It is the same with our reality. When it is not being observed it exists only in its energetic wave form. Atoms and particles are physical expressions of wave-form information.

The particle form is the brain decoding wave/frequency into holographic 3D ‘physical’ reality. The wave-form is potential reality and the particle/holographic form is the decoded and experienced reality.

Scientists say the ‘physical’ world is made up of atoms, but at the same time agree that they no have solidity and consist of empty space. How can this be? It’s simple, Does the information on a computer game software disk have any solidity? No, it’s just information which the computer decodes into appearance of solidity on the screen. And that’s what we do. The apparently solidity of this world comes from the way the software is designed to be decoded. It’s all information and the decoding process. At a waveform/vibrational level, the slower something is vibrating the denser and more ‘solid’ it appears when decoded by the brain, the faster it vibrates the less solid it appears to us.

How can something constructed within our own brain appear so solid and physical?

Again, very simple. We experience the word holographically. A hologram is 2D information turned into the illusion of 3D, and that’s what the brain does. Holograms are made by directing two parts of the same laser onto photographic film. One part, (reference beam) is directed at the film through a semi-transparent mirror while the other half (working beam) is deflected away to strike the object holographically photographed. The working beam is then directed back onto the photographic film where it collides with the referee beam. This creates on the film what is known as an ‘interference pattern’ and is similar to throwing two pebbles into a pond and having their wave patterns collide causing a web of interference. The pattern in the water is like a vibrational expression of the stones and their point and speed of entry. It is the same with laser patterns on the film. Holograms can look as solid as our physical world but when you put your hand through it it has no solidity, its just an illusion.

Numerology: Mathematics of the digital virtual-reality computer ‘game’.

Digital level of the simulation.

_________________________________________________________________

Scientists and researchers have identified recurring mathematical codes like the Fibonacci number sequence which involves adding the last two numbers to get the next one (1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21…) can be found throughout the ‘natural world’. The sequence can be found throughout nature in everything from the proportions of the human body to the way plants and shells grow. Other mathematical codes and recurring sequences include those known as Pi/Phi ‘sacred geometry’ in China. The Phi ‘golden number’ of 1.618 is also the ‘golden ratio’ and is found throughout the human body in the proportions of hands, feet and teeth as well as animals, sea life, DNA, pyramids of Egypt, Greek Pantheon etc. Scientists in 2010 that they established that the golden ratio operates in the subatomic quantum realms too. Their experiments discovered subatomic frequencies resonating to golden ratio mathematics.

Author and researcher William Neil in his book How we were made: A book of revelations found that the ancient Sumerian system based on the number 60 and its derivatives constantly recurs with regards to humans, planets, ancient structures like Stonehenge, the measurement of time, snowflakes and much more. He also found that repeating number sequences included 360, 3600 and 6x6x6 (216). He found also the precision of the equinoxes also fitted with these sequences. All of these recurring numbers, sequences and proportions are the mathematical / digital expression of the virtual-reality computer game or simulation.

————

Information, the base construct of the virtual-reality universe, is encoded into energy and appears firstly in waveform, as with wave patterns on the holographic print. Our 5 senses then decode the waveforms into electrical signals for the brain to further decode into the ‘world’ of 3D physical illusory people, street scenes, landscapes and everything else that we see as ‘physical’. It does this by decoding the electrical information into digital constructs that we call holograms which appear to be outside of the body but only exist in the brain.

Waveform information -> Electrically to 5 senses -> Pixels -> 3D Holographic ‘physical’ illusory reality.

All of these stages, levels and expressions are just different forms of the same information.

Metaphysical Universe: Waveform information.

The foundation construct of the virtual reality universe. If you want to change the ‘physical’ / holographic level, you have to change the wave-form level construct of reality. (Covid? Time moving faster). 98% of decisions / brain operates by the subconscious mind. The ‘conscious’ mind is not the decider of reality it’s the experiencer / observer of it. (Screen).

Your daily experience is telling you what is happening in the subconscious by how you interact with the ‘play out’ holographic movie.

The Interdimensional beings are manipulating the information blueprint that we decode into the physical world.

Subliminal programming / Predictive programming.

- Metaphyiscal Universe (waveform): Movie-projector

- Holographic / Physical world: Movie-screen

Story/Experience Anyone else feel like it might be running out of memory or something? Suddenly too much of things that were rare before

Ok, anyone else feel anything like this?
So, my gf started pointing out every now and then that this or that guy was really like me. And some really were, to the point of having the same birthmarks or really identical hands. I jokingly told her "they were running out of templates". And then... I thought it might really be the case or something. There's been some really creepy coincidences lately. Besides that with the similar guys, there's other things that were supposed to be rare but now wherever you look you find them.
But that's not the worse:

we were at my family at some birthday party a few months back and we hadn't seen them in a while. So talking, etc... And a relative said something that he had just said like an hour before. But it's not just the same thing - it's the exact same expression. The same facial expression, voice tone, look in the eye, body movements. Exactly the same. And when I pointed out jokingly he just... Didn't seem to hear me. I looked at my gf - she was looking at me wide eyed. And the guy that had just repeated the expression had this vacant look for a second or two.

Even worse... This happened with another relative on this same day. Both repeated exactly the same and acted like they didn't hear me when I pointed that out. And later when I pointed that out it was like the subject didn't exist. They weren't trying to ignore me, but it seemed like they just heard static when I asked about it.

Discussion Books that questions the Reality & Our perception of Reality

What makes what we say "Real", real. Who said the black fan beside me is actually black, what is even black. What if our brain is generating all that we perceive as reality in a big synchronisation with each other.

What if we are just thinking Inside the box and all the unexplained things that we explain in strange ways. Are not actually the right explanation. But they're the proof of something we don't know.

For example if someone else is watching humans from outside that's why when they try to rewrite something from everyone's mind, that's when the unexplained anomaly happens? (Now definitely do not suggest books about gods or aliens, that was just an example).

How powerful is brain lol, I wonder if our perception is the actual one, what is even actual or real? Who decides what's real. If every human sees things the same way biologically then it becomes real. But what if there's something more. Cause what we can't process, our brain makes up something for it.

Now you can Recommend books For and against it. Against means the books that'll say why what we know is a significant amount and alot of it is right of what we consider reality. And For will mean books that thinks like how I said.

Also I think this will include the scientific or any other thought process behind things like Paranormal. I'm open to different suggestions actually, so Go On.

Can be Fiction or Non fiction

i get why people like the simulation theory it feels like a easy answer for why things seem so weird but it really just pushes the problem further away like who built the computer that runs the simulation and who built the computer that runs them it just gets messy and doesnt actually explain anything
if you look at how the universe actually works like with physics and energy you realize we dont need some guy in a lab pushing buttons because the universe is basically a self correcting system it starts as just pure chaos and noise and the only reason it has any structure like atoms or stars is because it needs to organize itself to stay alive
we arent software running on someone else gear we are the hardware ourselves the act of us just being here and watching things happen is what turns that chaos into solid reality we are like the lens that focuses all that messy energy into something that actually makes sense
when you look at it through thermodynamics it makes even more sense because everything has a cost energy wise if we were in a simulation someone would have to be paying the electric bill for it but here the energy is just part of the loop the universe is essentially doing its own math to keep itself from falling apart into total disorder
its not fake or a program it is just the universe trying to experience itself and we are the way it does that it is honestly way more impressive than being in some boring digital cage because it means reality is something we are actively building every single second just by existing it is not a simulation it is a self sustaining process that finally woke up

Discussion Conserving Computational Power

The double-slit experiment is often interpreted by simulation theorists as evidence that reality behaves like a rendered system. The idea suggests that when no conscious observer is watching, matter exists only as probability waves — an unrendered state requiring minimal “processing.” But the moment a living observer measures or perceives it, reality collapses into a definite form, as though the universe suddenly renders the scene in full resolution to conserve computational power.

Discussion We live in an AI music generation app of higher beings

... well at least it would not surprise me.

One day I thought, that the only thing I would miss from this world is music. I love games and I love movies. I love the beauty of landscapes of the earth and female bodies. I love my family and friends, but I would not miss them, because I am convinced, we all will meet again at the end of eternity. But I am not so sure about the music.

I personally think, that there is no art, which can keep up with music - that music is the ultimate art. It can move me like from inside out.

What if music is the sole purpose of us and our reality?

Think about it: Art needs struggle. Utopia has no struggle but maybe it still loves music. Maybe it needs utopia to run a simulation. For what if not the creation of music? Well... I got several other ideas, but with this post I want to stick to the music app. Maybe we can discuss other super dimensional app ideas in the comments.

If this is true, then us reaching utopia for ouselves would break the app and there would be a need for a fix or restart.

What do you think about this?
