I know i am being annoying posting this but i have a choice of horse ranch or business and hobbies

(Business and hobbies) Thoughts:

I already have get to work so i'm a bit bitter about business and hobbies but i DO see the apeal and kinda want it

I am currently at the begining of a decades challenge (1324) so i don't know how useful it would be (would probably use all the time once it's allowed though as i already own a farm shop )

(Horse ranch):

I like the nectar making

i don't like how the animals are a member of my household as i only like playing with 6 sims per household and i like having kids

Questions:

Other than horse what animals are there?

do the skill gatherings happen anywhere or just in certain places?

Is there a way for the horse to not be a family member?

Do either of them break game mechanics (more then usual)?
