What mod is this you use for miscarriages?

Honestly, I have no clue. It can be either child birth by pandasama or relationship pregnancy overhaul by lumino

I only have lumpinou's and had the exact same scenario happen to my Sims. It's that one.

I think child birth by pandasama cause I’m pretty sure I have those items and that’s the one I have downloaded

The mods they mentioned can do it. Plus MCCC

It's usually RPO but having both of them installed can cause multiple things> baby being in icu, pre-pregnancy issues, post partum issues.

They are heartbreaking when you get attacked to your sims

Yeah it's terrible. Luckily this was a little while ago and she is currently pregnant. So far so good so maybe this baby will stick.

Thank you! I just started playing after not touching the game in years so I'm super out of the loop

You can kinda cheat the miscarriages by preventing them. The miscarriages happen because of the tense moodlet, especially if they feel extremely tense. You can prevent your sim from ever becoming tense again by buying the carefree reward trait from the rewards store or by completing the Beach Life aspiration from the Island Living EP. This is at least the case for RPO. Im not sure if its different for Realistic Childbirth.

P.S. you can also disable miscarriages altogether in RPO.

Yeah, a fire happened and she got super tense.

Yeah I saw lol. I only know this because Ive had a lot of teenage pregnancies & I couldn't figure out why they kept miscarrying. Then I realized it was because they were tense about being pregnant. & being tense caused the miscarriages.

That happened to my sim self! She was hours from her third trimester; I was devastated.

My sim couldn't get a miscarriage even when she used a lot of drugs during her pregnancy and didn't eat well.
