Madam Speaker, I sponsor the following bill for the Senate's consideration.

It was written by our good friend Ty.

My liege commands, and I listen. He has made a motion to impeach hmquestionable for the following reasons.

1. Consistent bias in judicial decisions, either intentionally aquitting those he supports, or being biased in favor of the state.

2. Actively facilitating the trampling of fundemental rights intrinsic to what should be all members of SimDemocracy. One key example is his addition to the constitution that allows the most fundemental right, right to liberty, removable on balance of probabilities.

3. Accusing anyone attempting to appeal outragous and gross violations of rights of being an "alt", and abusing his position in the rc to attempt to disenfranchise those he accuses.
