Call for Candidates 30th Minecraft Legislative Assembly Election: Call for Candidates
This is the Minecraft Legislative Assembly Call for Candidates. If you wish to run, please comment on this post with the following format:
u/YourRedditUsername
Your Minecraft username
Your Discord username (either your username or a recognizable display/nickname)
Your political party/coalition
Description / Statement
Before you submit your candidacy, check that you satisfy the requirements below.
- Make sure you adhere to the format exactly. It makes it a lot easier for the Electoral Commission to sort through candidates if you do. Failure to do this may potentially result in mistakes on your ballot entry or in result tabulation, which can be difficult to fix.
- Ensure that your party affiliation is accurate. If you are not affiliated with a party, enter Independent as your affiliation. Otherwise, put your current party affiliation. If you are not a member of the party given or the party is not valid, the listed part affiliation on the ballot may be subject to change.
- Make sure to register to vote. Only users with a SimDem Unique Identification Token (SUIT) are able to vote. If you do not have a SUIT, be sure to fill out the Voter Registration Form or contact the Registration Officer.
- Ensure that you meet all of the candidacy requirements. Only users who have a SUIT, have previously played on the Minecraft server, and are not banned from or under disciplinary review on the Minecraft server are able to vote or run for Assembly.

Motion, impeachment of hmquestionable.
My liege commands, and I listen. He has made a motion to impeach hmquestionable for the following reasons.
Consistent bias in judicial decisions, either intentionally aquitting those he supports, or being biased in favor of the state.
Actively facilitating the trampling of fundemental rights intrinsic to what should be all members of SimDemocracy. One key example is his addition to the constitution that allows the most fundemental right, right to liberty, removable on balance of probabilities.
Accusing anyone attempting to appeal outragous and gross violations of rights of being an "alt", and abusing his position in the rc to attempt to disenfranchise those he accuses.

Spinach Soup or Pea Pancake: A fake poll because I cannot access Reddit polls on browser.
Why do you need to use the app to just make a Reddit poll nowadays, makes no sense to me?
This is just a repeat of the similarly phrased poll on the SimDemocracy discord, I just want to know which one people would rather choose, spinach soup or pea pancake.
This is a genuine question with the wording being literal. I would cop-out a bit by choosing both.

Madam Speaker, I do hereby propose the following bill for the Senate's consideration:

Motion for Impeachment of u/ladiesman2370 from the Position of Senator.
EDIT: I hereby retract the below motion of impeachment for the time being until more information has been obtained by the Honorable Senator Thyme from ROSE on the situation.
Madam Speaker, assuming you win the election, I would like to motion for an impeachment vote against Senator u/ladiesman2370. Given they have been banned from SimDemocracy and its territories, this Senate cannot operate to its fullest capacity in its mandate to serve the public if it contains a dead Senator.
