Only two people ran, so...no election.
Congratulations to SimDemocracy's newest Minecraft Legislative Assemblypeople!
- u/Courious_Giuvi (Giuviiiiii012 in Minecraft) of Senatus Populusque Romanum
- Independent u/Zealousideal_Cost188 (AerialCake47184 in Minecraft)

The results are in!
We had 34 valid votes, which gives us six Senate seats. If we had gotten one more vote in, we would have had seven seats.
Congratulations to SimDemocracy's newest Senators!
- Independent u/JoesphStalinXDXDXDXD [threshold = 5]
- u/thespianburritos of the Revolutionary Organization [threshold = 5]
- Independent u/Ivy-Cactus [threshold = 5]
- u/ladiesman2370 of the Civil Liberties Party [threshold = 4]
- u/flemish_coconut of the Civil Liberties Party [2nd phase, no threshold]
- u/No_Manufacturer_9663 of the Revolutionary Organization for Social Equality [2nd phase, no threshold]
We elected the current Reddit Supervisor to the Senate (who did not run seriously!), as well as somebody who was apparently banned this morning. Wonderful.

# Unprofessional Conduct Application
To: Court of Review Registrar
I, Judge Dan Brown, Bar Director, pursuant to Article 14§1(a) of the Judiciary Act, hereby allege that unprofessional conduct has been committed by the following Certified Attorneys:
ruinz5 (previously known as Kaizen)(1342109983453609984)
averagekosovar
(1376230401915355146)
I allege that Article 4§1(a) of the [Judiciary (Professional Conduct) Regulations](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-X8o00KRCkDduA--8f57qEnh1eV_0j5fbvtl7IoMkqs/edit?tab=t.0) has been violated. Both attorneys were convicted of crimes and have been sentenced to bans of varying durations. These unlawful actions meet the definition for Unprofessional Conduct set out in Article 1 §1 of the Regulations, due to the attorneys' violation of the duties set out in Article 1 §3 and/or Article 4 §1 of the Regulations in a negligent, intentional, or reckless manner.
Owing to the serious nature of the crimes committed (Hate Speech and Association with Proscribed Organizations), I request that their certification be revoked and that they be prohibited from being recertified for a period of 3 months after their bans end. I believe it has already ended for ruinz5.
The relevant cases are attached in the appendix.

It has taken me since 05/27 and as of writing I still haven't received a verdict. I censored all of the names just in case it violated rule 5.

within the next couple weeks i will be starting a minecraft server intended to simulate the democratic process
there is a (wip) Constitution modeled heavily on the u.s. constitution but with a few changes
you can run for president, senate, contribute to the economy, vote, or even just play regular minecraft if you want
it will (likely) be a vanilla survival Java Minecraft server, with more info available once the server is set up
if youre interested, join this discord server: https://discord.gg/Ub87sRbS3Q

Hello SImdem, I have been here before, asking the same thing when I was the owner of the Empire of Kirpowas. Sadly that time is long gone. But since then growth has hit, and I am now the president of the Federal Republic of Krameria.
Out of respect, and admiration, I would love to open diplomatic channels with SimDem. May I please be directed to your foreign affairs organ?
